A Sakura view last week.
Driving around the city, so that Sarah’s father can enjoy Sakura,
In Mishima, National Institute of Genetics is located, and they open the labs and garden to the public once a year during the Sakura season. In this institute, they once had Sakuras’ genetic research and for it they collected many varieties of Sakuras from all over Japan, and they grow in the garden even now. So (for Sarah) the main purpose of visiting there on the day is viewing Sakura.
but. . . unfortunately, (for a purpose of preventing COVID 19 infection) it was also cancelled. . . 💦
Anyway, there’s a road around the institute premises, so there too we drove around.
they have some trees which have green Sakura flowers
these two phots are not taken this year, but two years ago, they grow in the area where we can’t see from the road. . . .
now in Mishima Grand Shrine
Every year, many people come here to enjoy Sakura though, seems only people nearby visiting there in this year. Well, it’s good for Sarah, many people were there, then too risky, right? but not so many people were there, so Sarah was able to enjoy quickly!!!
mainly they grow weeping Sakura
Sarah visited there at the sunset time
Tomorrow, the photos of Sakura viewing at a night!
Thanks!
