イソヒヨドリさん、じいちゃんのおやつ、おすそ分け
enjoying pieces of biscuit
なんでも食べちゃう子！夏にはセミさんくわえて丸呑みしちゃうし！
they are omnivore, so in Summer often they catch cicadas
で、水笛のようにかわいい歌を歌ってくれるんだよ
and they sing beautifully!
夏の朝顔ネットが邪魔だけど・・イソヒヨドリの奥さん
here’s the wife, oh, the net is used for growing morning glories!
奥さん、かなり地味です！
ladies have simple and sober plumage
「イソヒヨドリ」と言っても、ヒヨドリさんとは赤の他人！名前だけ！
they are a little smaller than the size of Bulbuls
Monticola solitarius
こちらはヒヨドリさん！イソさんよりちょっと大きいけど、イソさんのが強い！
and here’s a Brown-eared Bulbul, bigger but usually Blue Rock Thrushes are stronger than Bulbul!
