夕べ織田君のブログをリンクさせてもらったけど、あれこれ、考えることが多くて、なによりも、ただただスケートを愛して若い人のためにと頑張っている織田君の気持ちを考えると、いたたまれない・・・
夕べ、一度この件でタイピングし始めたけど、ちょっと感情的になって関大批判、体勢批判、挙句は（いつもの？）JSF批判になってしまった。これからしっかり関大側からの謝罪なり、正当な対処を願うと、そう言う（ちっちゃなブログとは言え）発言をするのは、織田君の応援にならないかもって気がしてきて結局削除した。
Oda released his comment regarding the harassment suffered him, while he was instructing young skaters in Kansai University. Once I typed regarding this matter last night though, it goes to a criticising Kansai University, Figure Skating related system criticism, even to JSF criticism, so delated it, since although this blog has no influence to such matters however such actions would not be a part of supporting Oda, I thought.
ところで、関大から「ハラスメントまでとは認められなかった」という発表がさっそく出てきたので、ちょっとだけ、（必死で感情を抑えて）触れておきたい。
ハラスメントってそれをした人、周りにいた人がそうかどうか決めるものじゃなくって、それを受けた側が傷ついたり、恐怖を感じたり、（織田君の場合のように）心身に異常をきたし、「ハラスメント受けた」と感じたら、既にハラスメントになるわけなので、（当事者の）関大側から判断できることではないはず。
by the way, soon, from Kansai University released their comment that they have already investigated this matter and found “no harassment proves there” wait a moment, do they know what are “harassments”? It not a matter a person, or a body who are claimed harassment actions can tell whether it was or not, but when a person who suffered felt it was a harassment, it is.

真逆の例えになるけど、関大スケート部の顧問をしている某大臣が、ソチのパーティーで関大の応援を受けている某スケーターに行った行為は、はたから見たらとんでもないセクハラだけど、それを受けたスケーターがセクハラを受けたと感じなかったから、セクハラじゃなかったことになる。
there was a contrary case though, when at the party a present state minister who is also the executive member of Kansai University Skating Club acted indiscreet action to a skater who is fully supported by Kansai University at Sochi, although from common people thought it was a “sexual harassment”, however the skater didn’t felt so, it was not a harassment.
ハラスメントって何をしたかじゃなくって、どんな思いにさせられたか。だから、関大側から「ハラスメントまでとは認められなかった」という回答は、そもそもハラスメントに対する理解ができていないし、行なったと言われている側が判断できるものではないはず。この場合がどうなのか外部からはなんとも言えないけど、しばしばみられるのは、ハラスメント、特にモラハラと呼ばれる精神的な嫌がらせは、隠蔽されやすいし、また、当事者だけしかいない場面で行われることが多く、なので特にハラスメントの有無を即答できるものではないはず。
“Harassments” are not what a person did, but how a person who receive certain actions felt. So this Kansai University’s comment of “no prove” has no meaning, since Oda felt he was harassed. especially, moral harassments are very difficult to investigate, since such actions are often conducted a place there’s no other persons, or easy to conceal.

いずれにしても、弁護士も交えて織田君は戦うだろうし、織田君の想いが通じることを願う。何もできないけど、織田君の言葉を伝えることで、織田君を応援したい。
メディア各社取り上げ、それぞれ伝え方が違うが、今は、とにかく取り上げてもらうことが大事だと思う。そうしてうやむやにしてはいけないという環境となり、しっかりと関大から織田君に謝罪なりがあること、もしくは正当な調査（第三者による調査とか）が行われることを願う。
however, Oda would fight with this matte together with his lawyer, although we can’t do anything special for him but problem, I’d like to spread his voice. Already many media reported Oda’s voice, how they report is not a matter right now, but to make more and more of people to know Oda’s voice is important, I think, so that this matter would not be highlighted, and hope the university side would conduct justifiable investigation as well as expressing their apology to Oda.
