昨日は暑中お見舞いと言いつつ、ちょっと怠けてたサラです！
そして、心はなぜかまだバラードの風さんにつかまったまま！

さて、このジャンプは？？
はい！左のエッジを突いて右足で離氷なので
トゥループ！ショートの最後のジャンプ

トゥループ、説明なんていらないだろうけど・・
RBOで軌道に入って、左つま先（トゥ）を突きながら
ジャンプするけど、今日の話題はなんでトゥループが
6つの評価対象ジャンプの中で基礎点が一番低いかって話題

跳ぶ瞬間に左足を体の後ろに突くってことは
体が容易に左に回転しやするなるわけじゃん
しかも回転する際に、左足は体の支えにもなる
しかも、ジャンプに入る前に反時計回り（左方向）で
入ってきているので、その反動も回転に利用できる
ジャンプ前の動作が、反時計回りのジャンプの回転に
繋がる動きが続いているから、跳びやすいって考えられているんだね

ok, Yuzu approaches the jump with RBO, making
a CCW (his left direction) arc, and
when he put his left foot behind him
then, naturally, he can turn to the left easily
so all movement just before the jump is creating
force to turn CCW, this is why the Toe-Loop is
considered as the easiest jump

とは言えよ、これはあくまで力学的に回転モーメントを考えただけで

実際には、機械が跳ぶわけじゃなくって「スケーター」が跳ぶわけでしょ

ジャンプのタイミングとか、力の入れ具合とか、プログラミングでセットできるわけじゃなし

ただただ、ひたすら、絶え間ない努力を積み重ねて・・・・

そして「ジャンプ」を奇跡のような「美」に変化させちゃう・・・・あぁ、なんて人だろう、結弦君！

なんとも、うれしいって言うか・・・
愛おしい？？？氷のトレースさえも美しい～！
ってね、ついつい、そんなところにまで心奪われるのよ！

ジャンプ後には、1回転のジャンプで
ツイズル、そして・・もう、会場の悲鳴（？？歓声が悲鳴状態！！）
天上吹っ飛ばしちゃうんじゃない？
then after the jump, single-Walley jump and
the twizzle, oh my gosh! the audience are now
fully captured by Yuzu!!!

はい！ここから、今日の切り取り～！
ってか、このステップシークエンスに入る流れ
これも、なんというか・・・にくいねぇ～！
こんな心の奪いかたされちゃったら、もう立ち直れない！
もう、狂い死にしそう～～！

yeah, not a special action but
just connecting to the step sequence though
the way he stops, oh my gosh!!!
he captured our whole hearts!!!

この後、この「溜め」？？最高の間の取り方
だ～っと切り取り続きます！
あのね、ジャンプで大きな躍動！
で、1回転、ツイズルで大波の後の
さざ波のように続いて・・そして
ぐ、ぐ、ぐ、ぐうううう～っとその波を
ため込むのよ！！ここで！！！
