昨日、サクッとスリーターンを覗き込んだけど
やっぱさぁ結弦君、スケートきれいだから
見ていて、ついついうっとりして、お勉強忘れるよね！
で、いつか・・なんて言っていながら、今日も続いちゃうさ！
ブラケット？ロッカー？
ふふふふ！突然ツイズルにすっ飛んじゃうんだわさ！
now, yesterday we learnt a bit about “Three Turn”
and shall we learn more about Yuzu’s skating?
turns? like Brackets? Rockers? well,
today, let’s see Twizzles!
あ、でもね、実はこれには意味があるわけ！
ツイズルってスピンのように見えちゃうけど
でも進行方向があって、移動しているでしょ
じ～つはさ、秘密があるんだっちゃ！
Twizzles has very close relation with Three turns!
it looks like a spin though, but moving forward,
and there’s a secret in it!
ツイズルのトレースってどうなっていると思う？
クルクルだから・・・こんな感じ？

結弦君のツイズルはいろんなプログラムで見れるけど
例えば・・・
Yuzu execute Twizzles in many programmes
もう、うっとり・・言葉ないよね～！
でさ、なんで、ロミオ君に登場してもらったかと言うと
証拠よ！証拠！
so beautiful and lovely, no word!
but why Sarah asked Yuzu the cute here today is;
for the evidence!
さっきのロミオ君のツイズルは氷のトレースが
とってもきれいに見えて・・
とは言え、他のトレースもあるので・・・
ちょっと編集したのが右・・・
fortunately, that one shows the trace of his twizzle so clearly
however, there’re many traces so a bit edited in the right
線をいれた！ほらね、さっきの図と同じような線でしょ？
あのね、クルクルクルって廻っている時って
エッジは高速でイン、アウト、イン、アウト・・
って、重心移動を繰り返しているのよ
だから、ただ回転しているというより
超短いスリーターンを繰り返しているってかんじ
and added lines to make it clearer
actually, a twizzle is not spinning around, but
while turning, they change balance, in-edge to out-edge, continuously,
so it means not spinning but series of Three turns

すま～したお顔でうつくしぃ～く回りながら
実はアンヨは大忙し！
上のGIFでいうと、おちりが左側の時はインエッジで
おちりが右の時がアウトエッジなのよ！
それだけでもすっごいのに、な、な、なんと
座り込んじゃうか～？？？

in it, when Yuzu's bippy is in the left, the balance is on his In-edge, then
in the right his bippy is, using his Out-edge!
such a beautiful movement, but his foot is working hard!
oh gosh, not only that, sitting???
ちょくちょく失敗するんだけど
特にね、結弦君のスケートはスピードあるし、きれいだから
あ、ツイズル！あれ、ダブルスリーだ！なんてよくあるのよ
because of it, sometime Sarah confuses
between double Three turns and Twizzle. . .
結弦君のツイズルの美しさも
しっかりとしたターンの教科書以上の技術が
美しさにキラッキラの光をもたらしているってことよね！うふっ！
Yuzu’s beautiful Twizzle’s secret is
because he got “textbook” like splendid technics!
with his amazing skills, he’s adding brightness on his performance!
