しつこく、ハスのお花です 
again, Lotus flowers
先日もハスはお花って不思議ってお話ししたけど
ハスって4日間咲くんですって
introduced something mysterious about Lotus flower last times
one more, they are said to be bloom for four days
1日目は日の出に咲いて、でも2時間ぐらいでお花はとじちゃう
で、2日目と3日目は日の出に咲いて午後遅くまで
夕方にお花はとじちゃって、で、4日目にまた咲くけど
最後の日は、午前中で終わって
午後にパラパラと花びらが散るんだって
the first day, a flower opens, but only about two hours, then closes
the second and third day, from the sun rinse time to late afternoon
the flower is open, the fourth day, again the flower opens but
only in the morning, in the afternoon, petals start falling

ハスの実・・・まだ未熟
this is the one already lost its petals
yet unripe. . .
しばらくすると熟して、こんな風に
こうなったらね、ほら、種が見えるでしょ？
実はね、日本のハスの種って食べたことないけど
ベトナムでは道で売っていたのよ
で、買い込んで、歩きながらこの種をほりほりして
さくさくって食べちゃう
then, after some day, the fruit become like this
in this stage, now the seed are edible
actually, Sarah has not tried Japanese Lotus seed
often in Vietnam, they are sold on the street, and
not the fruit but only seeds, you can eat
ハチさん、たくさん・・だけど
種は・・甘くなくって、野菜ってかんじかな？
ほのかに蓮茶の味がして
でね、おいしいとかというより、あのじょうろのような実から
種をほりほりするのが、な～んとも楽しくて
many bees in flowers, but
seeds are not sweet but very light teste
have you ever tried “Lotus tea”?
taste like Lotus tea, actually what Sarah loved is
not the taste but picking up seed from fruit!
it’s fun, really!
ハスのお花って、やっぱり不思議だわ
それに・・なぜってわけじゃないけど
な～んとも魅惑的・・・
they are mysterious, and no reason though
very charming!

そうだ、ここのハス、なんと300鉢もあるって
（数えてないけど、住職曰く）
the main hall of the temple
the temple guy said they got 300 pots of Lotus!
そしてここも（なんたって韮山は北条政子の地だからね）
北条氏ゆかりのお寺さん
there was one of the famous Samurai family live in this area
and this temple was also established by the family
approx. 800 years ago
