Hi everyone!
So I'd like to talk about chocolate today..
Do you like chocolate?

すごい好きなんです

ここ最近の何ヵ月
毎日なように食べることより
I reallllllllllly like it lol
I used to eat it daily❗
However
A few months ago I decided to start eating it only occaisionally. Choclate and Coke Zero.
本当にたまに
しか食べない
事にチャレンジ(笑)
肌はおそらく
日常の食事でとってる
糖質/糖分に
すぐ波能しゃう
(>ω<。)
I figured out that my skin problems largely stemmed from over consumption of sugar and artificial sweetner..
肌は汚くなり
やめたらどうかなとある日
チョコレートも
ノンシューガのコーラも
一気に減らした。
たまには
一口くらい食べるけど(笑)
あの好物(笑)
そうすると駅近くのインポート食品スーパーで見つけた❗
I still eat it occaisionally, just a small amount..
I found this one at an import foods shop one day❗
アメリカンのチョコレート(笑)
Hershey chocolate from America
Arghh
ハロウィン🎃で
アルモンド入りで１００円くらい
買いました(笑)
開けると
On their Halloween display for like 100 yen💦 it was way cheaper so I got it lol inside were two chocolate bars!! Oops.
普通サイズのチョコレート二つも入ってた!!危ない❗(笑)
やすい❗
もう
何ヵ月ぶりのハーシーズチョコレート(笑)
美味しかった
全部食べてません！
So cheap for Hersheys and for 2 bars. I was so stoked❤
I didn't eat it all though!
残り、子供から隠さないと(笑)
I'll need to hide the rest from my kids for sure❗❗
