また最近、胃が痛くて仕方のない日々です。
そろそろ本当に休みたい… 1ヶ月くらいどこかでのんびりしたい気持ちです…。
今日の曲は、以前にご紹介したことのあるエコスミスの『Cool Kids』のour versionです。
エコスミスの9年前の大ヒット曲なのですが、最近TikTokでちらほら流行っているんだそう。
それもあり、エコスミスとして「10年経った自分達バージョン」をリリースしました😊
ほぼメロディは変わりないですが、ブリッジ部分が変わっていて、高校時代から10年が経って、今あの頃を振り返ると…と歌っています。
下の歌詞ではその変わったブリッジ部分の色を変えて載せております。
まさかこの曲の、こういったバージョンが出るなんて思ってもみなかったので、なんだか感動してしまいます。
当時この曲を当事者として聞いていた高校生達にとっても、かなりアツいアレンジなのではないかな？と思います。
ミュージックビデオ等は今のところ出ておらず、ビルボードライブにて行った動画を載せますね。

10月11月はアメリカでツアーをおこなうエコスミス🎉
…余談ですが、個人的にクールキッズを聞くとドラマ「ゴシップガール」を思い出します…。シーズン2とかまで観たかな…。テイラー・モムセンが初々しい役でめちゃ可愛かった！
