先日、管理物件のご近所の方からクレームを頂きました。
ご近所の方 「お宅の管理物件のゴミ集積所で、ネットを張らずに捨てていく方がいます。
毎回カラスが荒らしていくので、対応してほしい。」
網タイプの集積所ってそもそも荒れやすいですよね。
情報をオーナー様に共有した結果、箱型のカラス対策をご購入頂く事になりました。

と思いきや、またご近所の方から電話。
ご近所の方 「箱型を置かれたので安心していたのですが、今度は箱の上にそのまま置いていきました。」

久々に火がつきましたよ！！！
普段、トラブルが起きても現地に行かない私。
遠方が多いから、電話対応で何とかクリアーする能力を高めざるを得なかったのですが、今回はすぐに現地に飛んでいきました。
まずは該当すると思われるお部屋（直近のご入居者）を数件当たりましたが、全員外出中。
誰も出なかったので、ご近所の聞き取りをすると、どうも犯人は「女性」の方だとの事。
その管理物件には、女性が住んでいる部屋は２部屋。
その内の１部屋は数年前から住んでいるから、この方の可能性は低い。
このトラブルが起き始めたのは、約１か月の事。
もう１つの女性が住んでいるお部屋が、直近のご入居者。
まだ可能性の話ではあるが、かなり確証は高そうな案件になってきたので、戻ってから改めて電話しました。
長くなってきたので、続きは明日。
