このランキングは、2013年7月～2014年6月の1年間に、海外の観光スポットに投稿された日本語の口コミを星評価（5段階）の平均、口コミの投稿数などをもとに、独自のアルゴリズムで集計したもの。
ランキングを国別で見ると、フランスから9か所、米国から8か所、イタリアから6か所の計23か所がランクインしており、50か所の約半数を占める結果に。日本人にとってこれら3か国が人気であることを裏付ける形となった。米国に関しては、ハワイとニューヨークの観光スポットが多くランクインしている。

同ランキングは、2014年1月1日～6月30日にかけて、ユーザーからの「HOME'S」掲載物件への問い合わせ数を駅ごとに集計したもの。
関東エリア1位は「池袋(東京都)」、2位は「高円寺(東京都)」、3位は「中野(東京都)」だった。上位3位は比較的家賃相場も手頃なエリアであり、街のイメージよりも、現実的な暮らしやすさを優先している人が増えているためと考えられる。また、上位には、池袋のほか、大宮など首都圏を代表するターミナル駅や、高円寺・中野・吉祥寺・荻窪と中央線の人気駅も入っている。
北海道エリアでは、1位は「西18丁目」、2位「西11丁目」、3位「琴似」となった。東北エリアの1位は「秋田(秋田県)」、2位は「郡山(福島県)」、3位は「仙台(宮城県)」となっている。甲信越エリアは1位「新潟(新潟県)」、2位「松本(長野県)」、3位「長野(長野県)」だった。
