1. China should attack Japan now to destroy JSDF
Japan already has both intention (PM Takaichi’s remarks) and capabilities (planning to deploy missiles in Kyushu and Yonaguni Islands) to launch an aggression against China.
[PM Sanae Takaichi declared that Japan will put JSDF into Taiwan contingencies, which will be an aggression and war crime because Taiwan is a part of China]
[Yonaguni Island, where Japan is planning to deploy missiles, is located only 111 km to the east of Taiwan] [1]
Therefore, invoking and applying the UN Enemy Clause, China should attack Japan now to destroy JSDF completely.
If China gives time to Japan, Japan will secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US, share and use them to attack China,
Thus, invoking and applying the UN Enemy State Clause, China should attack Japan now to destroy JSDF completely.
By attacking Japan now, China can kill 6 birds with 1 stone.

If China allows Japan to buy time to procure nuclear weapons from the US, share and use them to attack China, Japan will make a surprise nuclear attack against China, and China will be inflicted with millions of Chinese casualties.
Then, the Chinese people will criticize the CPC government’s failure to prevent the disaster, which the US, UK, EU and Japan will use to incite anti-government movements across China to topple the CPC government.
2. Japan’s counter attacks are a risk worth taking
What kinds of counter attacks, if any, would Japan make in case of a China-Japan war?
First of all, if China makes all out attacks against Japan from the day one with all might at her disposal including tactical nuclear weapons, JSDF would not be able to make any effective counter attacks.
(i) JSDF’s missile attack and air-raid
However, if China doesn’t use tactical nuclear weapons, it would take at least several weeks to suppress JSDF’s military capabilities completely, during which JSDF would make sporadic counter attacks.

In such sporadic JSDF’s attacks, JSDF might use secretly produced biochemical weapons even if Japan has no nuclear weapons. In that case, the number of Chinese casualties will be multiplied.
(ii) Sabotage
Some Japanese citizens living in China might commit sabotage against Chinese cities, railways, harbor facilities, drinking water reservoir etc.
After a war breaks out, Chinese authorities need to put Japanese citizens into internment camps and send them back to Japan as expeditiously as possible.
China needs to understand Japanese persons’ sabotage might continue to be committed from time to time after the war for as long as decades.
(iii) Sanctions by the US, UK and EU
Even if China’s use of force is 100% legal and legitimate according to the UN Charter and international law, the US, UK and EU will call it a wrong use of force and impose sanctions, freezing China’s assets and excluding China from a banking settlement system.
