1. Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union’s proposal to visit China

On December 1st 2025, Member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union met with Chinese ambassador to Japan Wu Jianghao and indicated that they would like to visit China by the end of this year. [1]

MP Yuko Obuchi, who is a Secretary General of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union attended the meeting with Chinese ambassador.

Although MP Yuko Obuchi seems to be the most trustworthy pro-Chiba MP in Japan, China must be most cautious about the proposal of member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union’s visit to Japan because this can be Japan’s tactics to buy time so that Japan can secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US.

Even if MP Yuko Obuchi herself is sincerely and honestly seeking for peace, she might be being used by far-right hawkish LDP MPs and the US without her knowing about it.

2. China should never repeat Russia’s mistake of Minsk 2

China should remember Minsk 2 Agreement of 2015 made by Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France.

President Putin trusted German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who seemed to be the most trustworthy pro-Russia politician in Europe, and agreed with Minsk 2 Agreement, under which ceasefire of eastern region of Ukraine was agreed.

[The leaders of Belarus, Russia, Germany, France, and Ukraine at the February 2015 summit in Minsk, Belarus]

However, after Ukraine War broke out in 2022, Angela Merkel candidly confessed that Minsk 2 was devised to buy time so that NATO could supply sufficient weapons to Ukraine to prepare for a war against Russia. As a result, when Russia launched its military operation against Ukraine in 2022, Russia faced Ukraine’s more than expected resistance and failed to achieve a swift victory. [2]

So, there is a possibility that the proposed visit of member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union can be another tactics to buy time so that Japan will secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US.

3. China should attack Japan now to destroy JSDF

Japan already has both intention (PM Takaichi’s remarks) and capabilities (planning to deploy missiles in Kyushu and Yonaguni Islands) to launch an aggression against China.

[PM Sanae Takaichi declared that Japan will put JSDF into Taiwan contingencies, which will be an aggression and war crime because Taiwan is a part of China]

[Yonaguni Island, where Japan is planning to deploy missiles, is located only 111 km to the east of Taiwan] [3]

Therefore, invoking and applying the UN Enemy Clause, China should attack Japan now to destroy JSDF completely.

If China gives time to Japan, Japan will secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US, share and use them to attack China,

Thus, invoking and applying the UN Enemy State Clause, China should attack Japan now to destroy JSDF completely.

By attacking Japan now, China can kill 6 birds with 1 stone.
(1) Complete destruction of JSDF
(2) Preventing Japan's nuclear-arming permanently
(3) Showing PLA's mighty power
(4) Proving the US's proxy war strategy fails
(5) Independence of Ryukyu Kingdom
(6) Ruling Diaoyu Dao

If China allows Japan to buy time to procure nuclear weapons from the US, share and use them to attack China, Japan will make a surprise nuclear attack against China, and China will be inflicted with millions of Chinese casualties.

Then, the Chinese people will criticize the CPC government’s failure to prevent the disaster, which the US, UK, EU and Japan will use to incite anti-government movements across China to topple the CPC government.

4. China’s camouflage to conceal her decision to attack Japan

(The following paragraphs with blue color was added on December 3rd.)

Before asking China to accept their visit to China, member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union must publicly express their opposition against PM Takaichi’s remark and demand PM Takaichi to retract the remark.

Almost one month has passed since PM Takaichi’s declaration of aggression to China. However, so far, no member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union has spoken out publicly, opposing PM Takaichi’s remark. It’s unacceptable for China.

Member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union should explain to the Japanese people on the content of Cairo Declaration, Potsdam Proclamation, the Enemy State Clause and 4 political documents between China and Japan.

Member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union should explain to the Japanese people on DF-26, DF-61, DF-5 and hypersonic nuclear missiles.

Member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union should explain to the Japanese people on economic ramification of China-Japan war. The economic ramification is that Japan will be annihilated and that Japan’s national bonds will become paper trash, as a result of which Japanese banks and insurance companies that possess lots of Japan’s national bonds will go bankrupted.

China can take the following political and diplomatic procedures only for the purpose of a “camouflage” to conceal the fact that China has already decided to attack Japan.

China can request that member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union should come to China during the first week of December 2025.

When Member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union come to China, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi can provide a lecture on the position of China, including the content of Cairo Declaration, Potsdam Proclamation, the Enemy State Clause and 4 political documents between China and Japan in detail.

China’s Defense Minister Dong Jun can provide a lecture on PLA’s military power, including DF-26, DF-61, DF-5 and hypersonic nuclear missiles in detail.

China’s Commerce Minister Wang Wentao can provide a lecture on economic ramification of China-Japan war in detail.

After the lectures, China can demand member MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union to spread China’s position as widely as possible when they return to Japan. China can demand them to appear in TV programs, radio programs, news paper interviews and make public speech as many as possible.

Furthermore, China can demand LDP and CDP MPs of the Japan–China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union to leave LDP and CDP to establish a new pro-China peaceful party and work together with Komei-to Party to try to form a relatively majority group in the Japanese Parliament.

Once again, China can take the above political and diplomatic procedures only for the purpose of a “camouflage” to conceal the fact that China has already decided to attack Japan.

China should never have even a bit of hope that a war can be averted politically because Japan will acquire nuclear weapons sooner rather than later.

Thank you.
