1. Overwhelmed by Chinese products, Capitalism is trying to survive by defense spending
Far-right, protectionism and more defense spending are the trends within G7 while China, BRICS, SCO and the Global South are advancing peace and prosperity. Why is that?

That is because G7 is being overwhelmed by China’s more excellent and at the same time less expensive products in all the areas such as EVs, AIs, humanoid robots, drones, shipbuilding etc. G7 is no match against China in business competition. G7 cannot make sufficient profits in these areas.

G7 is promoting defense spending because that is the only area where they are not exposed to the severe competition with China. G7 is trying to prevent their capitalism from being drowned by Tsunami of Chinese products by securing a room to breathe in the form of defense spending. Capitalism is on the verge of existential crisis.
For example, Rhinemetal, a German defense giant, has already become larger than VW, a German car company, in terms of market capitalization. [1]

Japan is no exception. After hawkish conservative Sanae Takaichi was elected as a PM of Japan, the Japanese government is expected to increase defense budget substantially and promote such areas as defense industry, nuclear industry and AI industry.

However, although the market was excited about PM Sanae Takaichi’s economic policy called Sanaenomics, Japan’s economy has a grim future because the relations with China will deteriorate.
Under the Abe administration of 2012 to 2020, while PM Shinzo Abe was totally obedient to US President Trump, LDP SG pro-China Toshihiro Nikai kept good relations with China, maintaining a good balance.

But, under the Takaichi administration, there is no pro-China person in LDP leadership or the cabinet.
Takaichi administration will likely carry out anti-China policies, thereby destroying economic relations with China, on which Japan’s economy is based.

When Trump visited Japan in late October, PM Takaichi pledged that she would raise defense spending. [2]
To raise defense spending to 5% of GDP like NATO, the Takaichi administration will issue government bonds.
But, Japanese banks and insurances are reluctant to buy them, fearing Japan’s huge government debt.
Finding issuing government bonds are not sufficient to finance defense budget, the Takaichi administration would impose “defense tax”, which will reduce consumer spending, causing recession.
On the other hand, low-interest rate of Bank of Japan and stopping purchase of Russian oil and gas and purchasing US oil and gas will cause inflation. Japan will plunge into stagflation.
Due to the failure of its economic policies, the Takaichi cabinet will be criticized by the Japanese people and a demand to resignation of PM Takaichi will intensify.
But that’s the very reason why PM Takaichi will resort to military adventurism.
For the purpose of deflecting people’s criticism, Takaichi will likely make JSDF take a provocative action to clash with PLA.
2. Taiwan contingencies
Under such circumstances, PM Takaichi made a bombshell remark in the Japanese Diet on November 7th 2025. She said, “Japan will put JSDF into Taiwan contingencies”.

This is equal to a declaration of Japan’s aggression against China. Let me explain.
Taiwan is a part of China. This is not China’s subjective wish but a concrete objective fact substantiated by the Cairo Declaration, Potsdam Declaration and the Japanese Instrument of Surrender.
Taiwan is a part of China. Therefore, a Taiwan issue is China’s internal affair.
Thus, if Japan puts JSDF into Taiwan contingencies, it will constitute aggression against China. PM Takaichi made a declaration of aggression against China. In other words, PM Takaichi virtually made a declaration of war against China.
This warmongering attitude of the Takaichi administration completely deviates from previous Japanese cabinets’ policies.
Previous Japanese cabinets repeatedly assured that Japan sticked to One China Principle and confirmed that Japan was abided by Article 8 of the Potsdam Declaration of 1945, which reads as follows:
“Article 8 The terms of the Cairo Declaration shall be carried out and Japanese sovereignty shall be limited to the islands of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku and such minor islands as we determine.”

For your reference, the Cairo Declaration of 1943 stipulates as follows:
“It is their purpose that Japan shall be stripped of all the islands in the Pacific which she has seized or occupied since the beginning of the first World War in 1914, and that all the territories Japan has stolen from the Chinese, such as Manchuria, Formosa, and The Pescadores, shall be restored to the Republic of China.”

And, the Japanese Instrument of Surrender of 1945 states that (Japan accepts) the provisions set forth in the declaration issued by the heads of the Governments of the United States, China, and Great Britain on 26 July 1945 at Potsdam.

So, Japan had been of the position that Taiwan is a part of China ever since 1945.
Actually, when PM Takaichi asked to meet with and had a meeting with President Xi Jinping on the side of APEC meeting in Malaysia in October 31st 2025, she confirmed that Japan was abided by Article 8 of the Potsdam Declaration, following previous cabinets’ precedents, as indicated in the China-Japan Joint Statement published after the meeting.

However, as mentioned above, only a week later, on November 7th 2025, PM Takaichi made a declaration of aggression against China in the Japanese Diet, saying, “Japan will put JSDF into Taiwan contingencies”.
This is a blatant betrayal and the most heinous offense against China and President Xi Jinping. It also means that Japan is reviving its militarism and trying to change the world order established after World War 2.
So, immediately after PM Takaichi’s declaration of aggression against China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China strongly blamed Japan, using the harshest words.

China has warned her citizens not to visit Japan.
China has suspended importing seafoods from Japan.
As a result, Japanese stock index plunged sharply.
However, not caring Japan’s economy or the Japanese people’s well-being, PM Takaichi keeps just pushing forward to advance her hawkish conservative anti-China policies.
PM Takaichi is the number one protégé of late former PM Shinzo Abe who enacted the national security law, which is exactly the legislation that PM Takaichi is invoking to justify putting JSDF into Taiwan contingencies.
She is close to a leader of Japan’s neo-Nazi organization.

Soon, Takaichi would imitate and copy exactly what Trump is doing.
Currently, US is sending warships including an aircraft carrier to off the coast of Venezuela to intimidate the country whose oil reserves is the largest in the world.
Likewise, PM Takaichi will send JSDF warships to Taiwan Strait and South China Sea to harass China.

Back in July 2024, JSDF destroyer Suzutsuki trespassed into China’s territorial water despite PLA warship’s warning shots. [3]
Similar incidents will be repeated in Taiwan Strait and South China Sea.
Takaichi administration will establish the Japanese version of CIA, MI6 and MI5, which will conduct sabotage and covert operations against China and counter-espionage.

Moreover, after letting Japanese MPs and even members of the cabinet to Taiwan frequently, the Takaichi administration will enact the Japanese version of Taiwan Relations Act which stipulates that Japan is responsible for Taiwan’s security, treating Taiwan as if it were Japan’s colony, not a part of China.

Above all, using the escalating tension with China, the Takaichi administration would advance Japan’s nuclear arming. PM Takaichi has been advocating for years that Japan should allow the US to bring its nuclear weapons into the mainland Japan. [4][5][6]
Once the US’s nuclear weapons are brought into the mainland Japan, then the Takaichi administration will swiftly share the nuclear weapons with the US so that JSDF itself will be able to operate and use the nuclear weapons.

So, it was not only PM Takaichi’s personal view but the plan and conspiracy of Japan’s entire military industrial complex.

In summer 2026, Trump will order Taiwan President to declare the independence of Taiwan.

Then, Japan, the US, UK, Germany, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other couple of countries including Guatemala and Paraguay will swiftly admit Taiwan as a sovereign state, trying to make its independence a fait accompli.
China will be forced to intervene militarily to prevent Taiwan independence, invoking her anti-secession act.
The Takaichi administration will send JSDF to protect Taiwan and attack PLA.
Being far inferior in conventional weapons, Japan will decide to carry out a surprise nuclear attack by using F-35 stealth fighter jets, believing that a heavy blow of nuclear attack will break China’s fighting spirit and make China seek for a truce.
During Taiwan contingencies, the US will activate sleeping cells of saboteurs in the mainland China and let them carry out uprisings in various cities in China, demanding the fall of the CPC government.
Over the coming decades, Japan will increase its nuclear arsenal and conduct sabotage and covert operations against China to threaten, intimidate and ravage China.
The ultimate goal of the US and Japan is to finish the CPC and partition China into several small states.
3. China’s Counter Actions
(i) Legislative warfare - Taiwan legislature blocks Taiwan President's Declaration of Independence
China can politically, financially and diplomatically support KMT (The Nationalist Party) and TPP (The Taiwan People’s Party), which have the majority in the Taiwan legislature when combined, and make them enact a legislation that prohibits Taiwan President from declaring independence or taking actions which lead to independence.
This is not interference in other nation's internal affairs at all as Taiwan is a part of China.
Restricting President's power through legislations for the benefits of the people is completely constitutional, which is exactly the check and balances built in the constitution as exemplified by the US's War Powers Resolution of 1973.

Such a law would be legally and logically constitutional. Let me explain.
First of all, according to article 63 of Taiwan Constitution, the Legislative Yuan shall have the power to decide by resolution upon declaration of war. The Taiwan Constitution provides that declaration of war is within the power of the Legislative Yuan, not the power of the Taiwan President. [9]
Now, please look at article 8 of China's "Anti-secession Law". It stipulates, "In the event that the "Taiwan independence" secessionist forces should act under any name or by any means to cause the fact of Taiwan's secession from China, or that major incidents entailing Taiwan's secession from China should occur, or that possibilities for a peaceful reunification should be completely exhausted, the state shall employ non-peaceful means and other necessary measures to protect China's sovereignty and territorial integrity." [10]
Article 8 of China's "Anti-secession Law" means that, if Taiwan becomes independent and its secession from China occurs, China will automatically and surely employ non-peaceful means, i.e., military means, and immediately start a war against Taiwan.

Therefore, if the Taiwan President makes "the declaration of the independence of Taiwan", it constitutes and is precisely equal to "the declaration of war against China", which is not within the power of the Taiwan President but within the power of the Legislative Yuan.
Thus, the Legislative Yuan can enact a legislation that strictly prohibits the Taiwan President to declare the independence of Taiwan.

(ii) Diplomatic warfare
China should not wait to see the US and Japan’s actions. China should take preemptive diplomatic actions to forestall the US and Japan.
Most Japanese people know nothing about the history of China and Taiwan and are as childish as 12 years old kids. They don’t understand how critical Taiwan issue is for China as long as China uses polite and indirect diplomatic expressions to warn Japan.

Thus, China should issue a joint statement of China’s foreign ministry and defense ministry on “advance notice” of declaration of war against Japan, stating that Taiwan is a part of China due to the Cairo Declaration, the Potsdam Declaration and Japanese Instrument of surrender, that, therefore, a foreign country’s military intervention in Taiwan issue will constitute illegal aggression against China, that, thus, if Japan puts JSDF into Taiwan contingencies, China will issue a declaration of war against Japan and attack Japan with all might at her disposal.
Actually, as of November 20th, this “advance notice” of Chiba’s declaration of war against Japan on Taiwan issue had already been made against Japan, through press conferences and SNS of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Defense.
China can suggest and encourage South Korea to publicly propose and call for the establishment Northeast Asia Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone consisted of South Korea, DPRK and Japan with security assurances from the three nuclear-weapon states (China, Russia, and the US).
China can suggest ASEAN to propose expansion of The ASEAN Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone to include Japan and South Korea to prevent nuclear proliferation. It will be a strong political message toward the people of Japan and encourage the Japanese people’s anti-nuclear movements.
China can hold a 2＋2 ministerial dialogue with Cuba and enter an agreement that Cuba accepts visit and staying PLA’s nuclear ballistic missile equipped destroyers and nuclear submarines. When Japan brings the US’s nuclear weapons into the mainland Japan, China can dispatch PLA’s nuclear ballistic missile equipped destroyers and nuclear submarines to Cuba and conduct live fire drills there.

When Trump tries to intimidate President Xi Jinping, saying the US can make Japan nuclear-armed, President Xi Jinping can counter-intimidate Trump, saying PLA’s nuclear ballistic missile equipped destroyers and nuclear submarines will stay in Cuba permanently.
Incidentally, President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang will not meet with PM Takaichi.

If Japanese MPs and members of the Takaichi cabinet visit Taiwan, they will be banned from entering China.

China can carry out powerful and massive information warfare toward Japan, spreading facts of the reality through the Internet, Internet TV programs and Internet radio programs.
China can provide information on the history of Taiwan including the Cairo Declaration, the Potsdam Declaration and the Japanese Instrument of Surrender, the history of CPC and KMT, Unit 731 and Nanjing Massacre.
Taiwan is a part of China. This is not a China’s wish but a concrete objective fact substantiated by Cairo & Potsdam Declarations and Japanese Instrument of Surrender. China must make Japan admit it by presenting facts if possible but by force if necessary.
CGTN can strengthen its Japanese language TV news programs. For example, the Japanese version of “The Heat” and “Dialogue” can be broadcasted with Japanese commentators and professors.

Incidentally, the Japanese people’s mental age is as childish as that of 12 years old kids. The Japanese people have almost no knowledge on the world history. Most of the Japanese people cannot speak the proper Japanese language or even listen to the formal Japanese language.
Therefore, when China carries out powerful and massive information warfare toward Japan through the Internet, Internet TV programs and Internet radio programs, those programs need to be very comprehensible as if they were programs for little kids, using lots of anime and illustrations.

There is no national border in the Intermnet. Therefore, such information offensive through the Internet will never be interference in a nation’s internal affairs.
(iv) Economic warfare
China has warned her citizens not to visit Japan.
China has suspended importing seafoods from Japan.
China can suspend rare earth export to Japan.
China can restrict operations of some Japanese companies like Toyota in China indefinitely for some plausible reasons such as consumers’ safety or something like that.
China can allow her citizens to boycott Japanese merchandise and services.
(v) China can conduct live fire drills together with Russia and DPRK around Japan
China can carry out joint “live fire” drills with Russia who will invite DPRK.
During the drills, DPRK will launch ballistic missiles into the EEZ offshore Fukui Prefecture where many nuclear power plants exist to stop Japan’s nuke arming.
China and Russia can allow DPRK to launch ballistic missiles into the Japan’s EEZ off the coast of Fukui Prefecture. In Fukui Prefecture, there are 4 nuclear power plants. If ballistic missiles hit these nuclear power plants, radioactive particles will spread to broad area and make not only Fukui Prefecture but Kyoto inhabitable.

Therefore, DPRK’s launching ballistic missiles into the Japan’s EEZ off the coast of Fukui Prefecture will be the most effective warning against Japan’s implementing its plan of bringing the US’s nukes into Japan, sharing nukes and having nuclear submarines with VLS.

(vi) China might seize the Diaoyu Islands (the Senkaku Islands)
PLA can land and seize the Diaoyu Islands (the Senkaku Islands), which will leave PM Takaichi no choice but to send JSDF warships to the islands. PLA warships can make provocative maneuvers against JSDF warships to make Japan fire the first shots.

Thereafter, based on Article 51 of the UN Charter, China will attack with all might at her disposal JSDF warships deployed around the islands and other warships such as aircraft carrier Kaga in JSDF naval bases.
Traditionally, Japan is relatively easily discouraged and demoralized by an overwhelmingly powerful blow as exemplified in Battles of Khalkhin Gol between the Soviet Red Army and The Kwantung Army of 1939.
Put into an awkward position between China and Japan, the US will maintain a neutral position regarding the territorial dispute on the Diaoyu Islands (the Senkaku Islands), which will cause Japan's deep distrust against the US.

(vii) China might declare that China can make a preemptive nuclear attack against Japan
Currently China has a policy that China will not make a preemptive nuclear attack. China can declare that, with keeping a general policy of not making a preemptive nuclear attack, Japan is categorized as an exception and that, in other words, China might make preemptive nuclear attacks against Japan, targeting Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, if Japan puts JSDF into Taiwan contingencies.

(viii) China should revoke Treaty of Peace and Friendship between Japan and China of 1978 and invoke the UN Enemy State Clause
If China gives time to Japan, Japan will obtain, share and use the US’s nukes to attack China.
Given the treachery evil nature of Japan, Japan might secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US, share them and make a surprise nuclear attack against China at any moment.
China should demand PM Takaichi to retract her remark and admit Taiwan is a part of China by Nov 30th.
If she refuses, China should attack Japan with all might.
PM Takaichi is determined to bring the US’s nukes into Japan, share and use them to attack China. Her purpose is topple the CPC govt.

Meanwhile, the Takaichi cabinet might fall under international and domestic pressures. A snap election might be carried out to change the government. LDP might be decided into a conservative faction and a progressive faction.
But, whoever becomes a PM, the root cause of hawkish far-right population will remain in Japan. The US will continue to promote militarism and try to make Japan nuclear-armed as long as the root cause of far-right population and JSDF remains.
Therefore, an attack must be made now to destroy, disarm and disband JSDF.
China must not make the same mistake that Russia made with Minsk 2 agreement. Russia gave time to Ukraine and allowed NATO to arm Ukraine.
China should not give time to Japan. Given the tenacious and treacherous nature of Japanese people, if China gives time to Japan, Japan will obtain, share and use the US’s nukes to attack China.

Japan’s foreign ministry insisted that UNGA resolution A/RES/50/52 of 1995 had made the UN Enemy State Clause “dead letters”.

All the following attempts to delete the Enemy State Clause have failed.
Thus, the clause is still valid and effective in its entirety.
(ix) China’s warning against the US not to intervene China-Japan conflict
When China starts attacking against Japan, China should warn the US not to intervene, saying that the US’s attack against China will be retaliated with as much as or even larger use of force against the US.
If the US makes cyber-attack against China, China will retaliate with as much as or even larger cyber-attack against the US.
Even if China’s use of force is 100% legal and legitimate according to the UN Charter and international law, the US will call it a wrong use of force and impose sanctions, freezing China’s assets and excluding from banking system.
China needs to prepare for it.
Whether in China-Japan conflict or in Taiwan contingencies, the US would make little military intervention but impose the hardest economic sanctions against China.
China should reduce her assets in US banks, sell US treasury bonds as much as possible and prepare alternative banking settlement system.
4. Realistic scenario of combat between China and Japan
Real combat between China and Japan, if it should happen, will be totally different from the above mentioned the US and the Takaichi administration’s wishful thinking scenario.
If China gives time to Japan, Japan will obtain, share and use the US’s nukes to attack China.
Given the treachery evil nature of Japan, Japan might secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US, share them and make a surprise nuclear attack against China at any moment.
PM Takaichi is determined to bring the US’s nukes into Japan, share and use them to attack China.
Her purpose is to topple the CPC govt.

(1) China hereby commands Japan to strictly apply its article 9 of the constitution.
(2) China hereby commands Japan not to maintain land, sea, air and space forces, as well as other war potential but to have only militia with rifles.
(3) China hereby commands Japan to accept Chinese inspectors of IAEA who permanently stay in Japan and inspect wherever they like to prevent Japan’s possessing nuclear weapons.
(4) China confiscates all the plutonium that Japan has accumulated and stored.
(5) China hereby commands Japan to accept Chinese government inspectors who permanently stay in Japan to inspect whether Japan is trying to foment war potential such as weapon manufacturing and R & D.
(6) China hereby commands Japan to restore the statehood of Okinawa as an independent Ryukyu kingdom.

When China destroys JSDF, Taiwan’s last hope will vanish. Taiwan will give up its independence and have no choice but to accept peaceful reunification with China.
China doesn’t have to use military force against Taiwan. But, have no mercy against Japan.
After Japan’s surrender, International Military Tribunal will be held in Nanjing to try and punish Japanese war criminals for the crime of aggression.
War criminals will include former PM Sanae Takaichi, former defense minister Shinjiro Koizumi, former foreign minister Toshimitsu Motegi, former minister of internal affairs and communications Yoshimasa Hayashi and former LDP vice president Taro Aso among others. They will be sentenced to life-long in prison and locked up in Chinese prisons.

G7 is promoting defense spending because that is the only area where they are not exposed to the severe competition with China. G7 is trying to prevent their capitalism from being drowned by Tsunami of Chinese products by securing a room to breathe in the form of defense spending. Capitalism is on the verge of existential crisis.
For example, Rhinemetal, a German defense giant, has already become larger than VW, a German car company, in terms of market capitalization. [1]

Japan is no exception. After hawkish conservative Sanae Takaichi was elected as a PM of Japan, the Japanese government is expected to increase defense budget substantially and promote such areas as defense industry, nuclear industry and AI industry.

However, although the market was excited about PM Sanae Takaichi’s economic policy called Sanaenomics, Japan’s economy has a grim future because the relations with China will deteriorate.
Under the Abe administration of 2012 to 2020, while PM Shinzo Abe was totally obedient to US President Trump, LDP SG pro-China Toshihiro Nikai kept good relations with China, maintaining a good balance.

But, under the Takaichi administration, there is no pro-China person in LDP leadership or the cabinet.
Takaichi administration will likely carry out anti-China policies, thereby destroying economic relations with China, on which Japan’s economy is based.

When Trump visited Japan in late October, PM Takaichi pledged that she would raise defense spending. [2]
To raise defense spending to 5% of GDP like NATO, the Takaichi administration will issue government bonds.
But, Japanese banks and insurances are reluctant to buy them, fearing Japan’s huge government debt.
Finding issuing government bonds are not sufficient to finance defense budget, the Takaichi administration would impose “defense tax”, which will reduce consumer spending, causing recession.
On the other hand, low-interest rate of Bank of Japan and stopping purchase of Russian oil and gas and purchasing US oil and gas will cause inflation. Japan will plunge into stagflation.
Due to the failure of its economic policies, the Takaichi cabinet will be criticized by the Japanese people and a demand to resignation of PM Takaichi will intensify.
But that’s the very reason why PM Takaichi will resort to military adventurism.
For the purpose of deflecting people’s criticism, Takaichi will likely make JSDF take a provocative action to clash with PLA.
2. Taiwan contingencies
Under such circumstances, PM Takaichi made a bombshell remark in the Japanese Diet on November 7th 2025. She said, “Japan will put JSDF into Taiwan contingencies”.

This is equal to a declaration of Japan’s aggression against China. Let me explain.
Taiwan is a part of China. This is not China’s subjective wish but a concrete objective fact substantiated by the Cairo Declaration, Potsdam Declaration and the Japanese Instrument of Surrender.
Taiwan is a part of China. Therefore, a Taiwan issue is China’s internal affair.
Thus, if Japan puts JSDF into Taiwan contingencies, it will constitute aggression against China. PM Takaichi made a declaration of aggression against China. In other words, PM Takaichi virtually made a declaration of war against China.
This warmongering attitude of the Takaichi administration completely deviates from previous Japanese cabinets’ policies.
Previous Japanese cabinets repeatedly assured that Japan sticked to One China Principle and confirmed that Japan was abided by Article 8 of the Potsdam Declaration of 1945, which reads as follows:
“Article 8 The terms of the Cairo Declaration shall be carried out and Japanese sovereignty shall be limited to the islands of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku and such minor islands as we determine.”

For your reference, the Cairo Declaration of 1943 stipulates as follows:
“It is their purpose that Japan shall be stripped of all the islands in the Pacific which she has seized or occupied since the beginning of the first World War in 1914, and that all the territories Japan has stolen from the Chinese, such as Manchuria, Formosa, and The Pescadores, shall be restored to the Republic of China.”

And, the Japanese Instrument of Surrender of 1945 states that (Japan accepts) the provisions set forth in the declaration issued by the heads of the Governments of the United States, China, and Great Britain on 26 July 1945 at Potsdam.

So, Japan had been of the position that Taiwan is a part of China ever since 1945.
Actually, when PM Takaichi asked to meet with and had a meeting with President Xi Jinping on the side of APEC meeting in Malaysia in October 31st 2025, she confirmed that Japan was abided by Article 8 of the Potsdam Declaration, following previous cabinets’ precedents, as indicated in the China-Japan Joint Statement published after the meeting.

However, as mentioned above, only a week later, on November 7th 2025, PM Takaichi made a declaration of aggression against China in the Japanese Diet, saying, “Japan will put JSDF into Taiwan contingencies”.
This is a blatant betrayal and the most heinous offense against China and President Xi Jinping. It also means that Japan is reviving its militarism and trying to change the world order established after World War 2.
So, immediately after PM Takaichi’s declaration of aggression against China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China strongly blamed Japan, using the harshest words.

China has warned her citizens not to visit Japan.
China has suspended importing seafoods from Japan.
As a result, Japanese stock index plunged sharply.
However, not caring Japan’s economy or the Japanese people’s well-being, PM Takaichi keeps just pushing forward to advance her hawkish conservative anti-China policies.
PM Takaichi is the number one protégé of late former PM Shinzo Abe who enacted the national security law, which is exactly the legislation that PM Takaichi is invoking to justify putting JSDF into Taiwan contingencies.
She is close to a leader of Japan’s neo-Nazi organization.

Soon, Takaichi would imitate and copy exactly what Trump is doing.
Currently, US is sending warships including an aircraft carrier to off the coast of Venezuela to intimidate the country whose oil reserves is the largest in the world.
Likewise, PM Takaichi will send JSDF warships to Taiwan Strait and South China Sea to harass China.

Back in July 2024, JSDF destroyer Suzutsuki trespassed into China’s territorial water despite PLA warship’s warning shots. [3]
Similar incidents will be repeated in Taiwan Strait and South China Sea.
Takaichi administration will establish the Japanese version of CIA, MI6 and MI5, which will conduct sabotage and covert operations against China and counter-espionage.

Moreover, after letting Japanese MPs and even members of the cabinet to Taiwan frequently, the Takaichi administration will enact the Japanese version of Taiwan Relations Act which stipulates that Japan is responsible for Taiwan’s security, treating Taiwan as if it were Japan’s colony, not a part of China.

Above all, using the escalating tension with China, the Takaichi administration would advance Japan’s nuclear arming. PM Takaichi has been advocating for years that Japan should allow the US to bring its nuclear weapons into the mainland Japan. [4][5][6]
Once the US’s nuclear weapons are brought into the mainland Japan, then the Takaichi administration will swiftly share the nuclear weapons with the US so that JSDF itself will be able to operate and use the nuclear weapons.
Former JSDF’s top generals and admirals publicly insisted that Japan should go ahead with nuclear sharing with the US in a symposium back in June 2025. [7]

According to Japanese news reports, Japan’s defense ministry has been studying and preparing to abolish Japan’s no nuclear weapon principles for years. [8]

So, it was not only PM Takaichi’s personal view but the plan and conspiracy of Japan’s entire military industrial complex.
【The US and the Takaichi administration’s wishful scenario】
In summer 2026, Trump will order Taiwan President to declare the independence of Taiwan.

Then, Japan, the US, UK, Germany, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other couple of countries including Guatemala and Paraguay will swiftly admit Taiwan as a sovereign state, trying to make its independence a fait accompli.
China will be forced to intervene militarily to prevent Taiwan independence, invoking her anti-secession act.
The Takaichi administration will send JSDF to protect Taiwan and attack PLA.
Being far inferior in conventional weapons, Japan will decide to carry out a surprise nuclear attack by using F-35 stealth fighter jets, believing that a heavy blow of nuclear attack will break China’s fighting spirit and make China seek for a truce.
During Taiwan contingencies, the US will activate sleeping cells of saboteurs in the mainland China and let them carry out uprisings in various cities in China, demanding the fall of the CPC government.
Over the coming decades, Japan will increase its nuclear arsenal and conduct sabotage and covert operations against China to threaten, intimidate and ravage China.
The ultimate goal of the US and Japan is to finish the CPC and partition China into several small states.
3. China’s Counter Actions
(i) Legislative warfare - Taiwan legislature blocks Taiwan President's Declaration of Independence
China can politically, financially and diplomatically support KMT (The Nationalist Party) and TPP (The Taiwan People’s Party), which have the majority in the Taiwan legislature when combined, and make them enact a legislation that prohibits Taiwan President from declaring independence or taking actions which lead to independence.
This is not interference in other nation's internal affairs at all as Taiwan is a part of China.
Restricting President's power through legislations for the benefits of the people is completely constitutional, which is exactly the check and balances built in the constitution as exemplified by the US's War Powers Resolution of 1973.

Such a law would be legally and logically constitutional. Let me explain.
First of all, according to article 63 of Taiwan Constitution, the Legislative Yuan shall have the power to decide by resolution upon declaration of war. The Taiwan Constitution provides that declaration of war is within the power of the Legislative Yuan, not the power of the Taiwan President. [9]
Now, please look at article 8 of China's "Anti-secession Law". It stipulates, "In the event that the "Taiwan independence" secessionist forces should act under any name or by any means to cause the fact of Taiwan's secession from China, or that major incidents entailing Taiwan's secession from China should occur, or that possibilities for a peaceful reunification should be completely exhausted, the state shall employ non-peaceful means and other necessary measures to protect China's sovereignty and territorial integrity." [10]
Article 8 of China's "Anti-secession Law" means that, if Taiwan becomes independent and its secession from China occurs, China will automatically and surely employ non-peaceful means, i.e., military means, and immediately start a war against Taiwan.

Therefore, if the Taiwan President makes "the declaration of the independence of Taiwan", it constitutes and is precisely equal to "the declaration of war against China", which is not within the power of the Taiwan President but within the power of the Legislative Yuan.
Thus, the Legislative Yuan can enact a legislation that strictly prohibits the Taiwan President to declare the independence of Taiwan.

(ii) Diplomatic warfare
China should not wait to see the US and Japan’s actions. China should take preemptive diplomatic actions to forestall the US and Japan.
Most Japanese people know nothing about the history of China and Taiwan and are as childish as 12 years old kids. They don’t understand how critical Taiwan issue is for China as long as China uses polite and indirect diplomatic expressions to warn Japan.

Thus, China should issue a joint statement of China’s foreign ministry and defense ministry on “advance notice” of declaration of war against Japan, stating that Taiwan is a part of China due to the Cairo Declaration, the Potsdam Declaration and Japanese Instrument of surrender, that, therefore, a foreign country’s military intervention in Taiwan issue will constitute illegal aggression against China, that, thus, if Japan puts JSDF into Taiwan contingencies, China will issue a declaration of war against Japan and attack Japan with all might at her disposal.
Actually, as of November 20th, this “advance notice” of Chiba’s declaration of war against Japan on Taiwan issue had already been made against Japan, through press conferences and SNS of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Defense.
China can suggest and encourage South Korea to publicly propose and call for the establishment Northeast Asia Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone consisted of South Korea, DPRK and Japan with security assurances from the three nuclear-weapon states (China, Russia, and the US).
China can suggest ASEAN to propose expansion of The ASEAN Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone to include Japan and South Korea to prevent nuclear proliferation. It will be a strong political message toward the people of Japan and encourage the Japanese people’s anti-nuclear movements.
China can hold a 2＋2 ministerial dialogue with Cuba and enter an agreement that Cuba accepts visit and staying PLA’s nuclear ballistic missile equipped destroyers and nuclear submarines. When Japan brings the US’s nuclear weapons into the mainland Japan, China can dispatch PLA’s nuclear ballistic missile equipped destroyers and nuclear submarines to Cuba and conduct live fire drills there.

When Trump tries to intimidate President Xi Jinping, saying the US can make Japan nuclear-armed, President Xi Jinping can counter-intimidate Trump, saying PLA’s nuclear ballistic missile equipped destroyers and nuclear submarines will stay in Cuba permanently.
Incidentally, President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang will not meet with PM Takaichi.
President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang should not meet with US puppet PM Takaichi until she abandons her hawkish assertion that Japan should bring the US's nukes into Japan and confirms that Taiwan is a part of China.
If Japanese MPs and members of the Takaichi cabinet visit Taiwan, they will be banned from entering China.
(iii) Information warfare
China can carry out powerful and massive information warfare toward Japan, spreading facts of the reality through the Internet, Internet TV programs and Internet radio programs.
China can provide information on the history of Taiwan including the Cairo Declaration, the Potsdam Declaration and the Japanese Instrument of Surrender, the history of CPC and KMT, Unit 731 and Nanjing Massacre.
Taiwan is a part of China. This is not a China’s wish but a concrete objective fact substantiated by Cairo & Potsdam Declarations and Japanese Instrument of Surrender. China must make Japan admit it by presenting facts if possible but by force if necessary.
CGTN can strengthen its Japanese language TV news programs. For example, the Japanese version of “The Heat” and “Dialogue” can be broadcasted with Japanese commentators and professors.
CGTN Japanese can be scaled up and be broadcasted 24 hours a day. Its budget should be quadrupled. [11]
Incidentally, the Japanese people’s mental age is as childish as that of 12 years old kids. The Japanese people have almost no knowledge on the world history. Most of the Japanese people cannot speak the proper Japanese language or even listen to the formal Japanese language.
Therefore, when China carries out powerful and massive information warfare toward Japan through the Internet, Internet TV programs and Internet radio programs, those programs need to be very comprehensible as if they were programs for little kids, using lots of anime and illustrations.

There is no national border in the Intermnet. Therefore, such information offensive through the Internet will never be interference in a nation’s internal affairs.
(iv) Economic warfare
China has warned her citizens not to visit Japan.
China has suspended importing seafoods from Japan.
China can suspend rare earth export to Japan.
China can restrict operations of some Japanese companies like Toyota in China indefinitely for some plausible reasons such as consumers’ safety or something like that.
China can allow her citizens to boycott Japanese merchandise and services.
(v) China can conduct live fire drills together with Russia and DPRK around Japan
China can carry out joint “live fire” drills with Russia who will invite DPRK.
During the drills, DPRK will launch ballistic missiles into the EEZ offshore Fukui Prefecture where many nuclear power plants exist to stop Japan’s nuke arming.
China and Russia can allow DPRK to launch ballistic missiles into the Japan’s EEZ off the coast of Fukui Prefecture. In Fukui Prefecture, there are 4 nuclear power plants. If ballistic missiles hit these nuclear power plants, radioactive particles will spread to broad area and make not only Fukui Prefecture but Kyoto inhabitable.

Therefore, DPRK’s launching ballistic missiles into the Japan’s EEZ off the coast of Fukui Prefecture will be the most effective warning against Japan’s implementing its plan of bringing the US’s nukes into Japan, sharing nukes and having nuclear submarines with VLS.

(vi) China might seize the Diaoyu Islands (the Senkaku Islands)
PLA can land and seize the Diaoyu Islands (the Senkaku Islands), which will leave PM Takaichi no choice but to send JSDF warships to the islands. PLA warships can make provocative maneuvers against JSDF warships to make Japan fire the first shots.

Thereafter, based on Article 51 of the UN Charter, China will attack with all might at her disposal JSDF warships deployed around the islands and other warships such as aircraft carrier Kaga in JSDF naval bases.
Traditionally, Japan is relatively easily discouraged and demoralized by an overwhelmingly powerful blow as exemplified in Battles of Khalkhin Gol between the Soviet Red Army and The Kwantung Army of 1939.
Put into an awkward position between China and Japan, the US will maintain a neutral position regarding the territorial dispute on the Diaoyu Islands (the Senkaku Islands), which will cause Japan's deep distrust against the US.
Being disgraceful and ashamed, PM Takaichi will be forced to resign.
(vii) China might declare that China can make a preemptive nuclear attack against Japan
Currently China has a policy that China will not make a preemptive nuclear attack. China can declare that, with keeping a general policy of not making a preemptive nuclear attack, Japan is categorized as an exception and that, in other words, China might make preemptive nuclear attacks against Japan, targeting Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, if Japan puts JSDF into Taiwan contingencies.

(viii) China should revoke Treaty of Peace and Friendship between Japan and China of 1978 and invoke the UN Enemy State Clause
If China gives time to Japan, Japan will obtain, share and use the US’s nukes to attack China.
Given the treachery evil nature of Japan, Japan might secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US, share them and make a surprise nuclear attack against China at any moment.
China should demand PM Takaichi to retract her remark and admit Taiwan is a part of China by Nov 30th.
If she refuses, China should attack Japan with all might.
PM Takaichi is determined to bring the US’s nukes into Japan, share and use them to attack China. Her purpose is topple the CPC govt.
This is not about Taiwan. This is about Socialism vs Capitalism.

Meanwhile, the Takaichi cabinet might fall under international and domestic pressures. A snap election might be carried out to change the government. LDP might be decided into a conservative faction and a progressive faction.
But, whoever becomes a PM, the root cause of hawkish far-right population will remain in Japan. The US will continue to promote militarism and try to make Japan nuclear-armed as long as the root cause of far-right population and JSDF remains.

However, the resolution only said the Enemy State Clause was “obsolete”. [13]
All the following attempts to delete the Enemy State Clause have failed.
Thus, the clause is still valid and effective in its entirety.
(ix) China’s warning against the US not to intervene China-Japan conflict
When China starts attacking against Japan, China should warn the US not to intervene, saying that the US’s attack against China will be retaliated with as much as or even larger use of force against the US.
If the US makes cyber-attack against China, China will retaliate with as much as or even larger cyber-attack against the US.
Even if China’s use of force is 100% legal and legitimate according to the UN Charter and international law, the US will call it a wrong use of force and impose sanctions, freezing China’s assets and excluding from banking system.
China needs to prepare for it.
Whether in China-Japan conflict or in Taiwan contingencies, the US would make little military intervention but impose the hardest economic sanctions against China.
China should reduce her assets in US banks, sell US treasury bonds as much as possible and prepare alternative banking settlement system.
4. Realistic scenario of combat between China and Japan
Real combat between China and Japan, if it should happen, will be totally different from the above mentioned the US and the Takaichi administration’s wishful thinking scenario.
If China gives time to Japan, Japan will obtain, share and use the US’s nukes to attack China.
Given the treachery evil nature of Japan, Japan might secretly procure nuclear weapons from the US, share them and make a surprise nuclear attack against China at any moment.
PM Takaichi is determined to bring the US’s nukes into Japan, share and use them to attack China.
Her purpose is to topple the CPC govt.
This is not about Taiwan. This is about Socialism vs Capitalism.
China should demand PM Takaichi to retract her remark and admit Taiwan is a part of China by Nov 30th.
If she refuses, China should attack Japan with all might.
Japan is of capitalists and their slaves that are trying to destroy China, using nuclear weapons.
Protect precious Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. Protect precious lives of Chinese people.
Have no mercy against Japan. Use tactical nuclear weapons.
Destroy JSDF before Japan obtains nukes.
China should avoid a protracted war against Japan because it will damage China’s economy.
China should finish Japan in a few days. Therefore, China should use tactical nuclear weapons from the day one. China should make all out attack against Japan from the day one.
If Taiwan contingencies break out, China will never give to Japan a chance of surprise nuclear attack.
Rather, it will China that will carry out surprise massive saturated attack against JSDF.
First of all, PLA will carry out extremely powerful electronic warfare against JSDF’s warplanes and warships. JSDF’s warplanes will crash. JSDF’s warships will lose control.

(1) China hereby commands Japan to strictly apply its article 9 of the constitution.
(2) China hereby commands Japan not to maintain land, sea, air and space forces, as well as other war potential but to have only militia with rifles.
(3) China hereby commands Japan to accept Chinese inspectors of IAEA who permanently stay in Japan and inspect wherever they like to prevent Japan’s possessing nuclear weapons.
(4) China confiscates all the plutonium that Japan has accumulated and stored.
(5) China hereby commands Japan to accept Chinese government inspectors who permanently stay in Japan to inspect whether Japan is trying to foment war potential such as weapon manufacturing and R & D.
(6) China hereby commands Japan to restore the statehood of Okinawa as an independent Ryukyu kingdom.

When China destroys JSDF, Taiwan’s last hope will vanish. Taiwan will give up its independence and have no choice but to accept peaceful reunification with China.
China doesn’t have to use military force against Taiwan. But, have no mercy against Japan.
After Japan’s surrender, International Military Tribunal will be held in Nanjing to try and punish Japanese war criminals for the crime of aggression.
War criminals will include former PM Sanae Takaichi, former defense minister Shinjiro Koizumi, former foreign minister Toshimitsu Motegi, former minister of internal affairs and communications Yoshimasa Hayashi and former LDP vice president Taro Aso among others. They will be sentenced to life-long in prison and locked up in Chinese prisons.
