1. China is a peace maker, the US is a war maker

In 2023, China made Saudi Arabia and Iran come to reconciliation, overcoming decades of confrontation and hostilities between the two countries. It brought about an expectation that peace would spread and prevail in the Middle East.

However, alarmed by the peace prospect in the Middle East, the US, more specifically the US military industrial complex, decided to use Israel as a tool to destabilize the Middle East and let Israel start invading Gaza strip in 2023 and Lebanon in 2024.

What the US military industrial complex most hates is peace because peace would decrease sales of US weapons. The Middle East represents approximately 50% of overseas sales of US weapons. Particularly, Saudi Arabia is a dominating importer of US weapons.

Therefore, the US military industrial complex could not accept the prospect of peace in the Middle East. It let Israel launch an invasion of Gaza strip, killing more than 45,000 civilians, and expand the conflict into Lebanon to impress countries in the region and the world that the Middle East is a very dangerous place.

2. China makes reconciliation and peace

In the modern times, wars are waged for economic interests. Seizing oil, diamond, gold and other natural resources has been a major object of waging a war. Also, increasing sales of weapons by the US military industrial complex has been another major object of waging a war as exemplified in Israel's invasion of Gaza strip and Lebanon and Ukraine War.

Now, if a war is waged for the purpose of economic interests, isn't it possible that peace can be achieved by economic interests too?

Actually, that's exactly what happened when China helped Saudi Arabia and Iran reach a reconciliation in 2023.

In March 2021, China and Iran signed a 25-year comprehensive cooperation agreement, bringing Iran into China’s Belt and Road Initiative. In December 2022, China and Saudi Arabia agreed to enhance Belt and Road cooperation, in such areas as judicial, education, hydrogen energy investment and housing cooperation among others.

After China made these agreements of economic cooperation with Iran and Saudi Arabia, it is quite likely that China must have advised to Iran and Saudi Arabia that, in order to continue investing huge amount of Chinese money to construct infrastructures in Saudi Arabia and Iran, peaceful environment was indispensable. Thereby, China provided very effective economic motivation and incentives for Saudi Arabia and Iran to come to a reconciliation. China used economic power to make peace.

Unlike the US, China needs peaceful environment for her economic growth and uplifting Chinese people's standard of living. China imports raw materials and natural resources from overseas countries. Most importantly, China imports almost half of its oil from the Middle East. If the Middle East becomes destabilized and oil export from the region is stopped, it would cause a major economic blow to China. Therefore, peace in the Middle East is what needs to be achieved for China.

Actually, China had already applied this method of economic incentivization to reconciliate the Ethiopia government and Eritrea. It is likely that China had advised the Ethiopian government that she would not be able to continue economic support and investment to Ethiopia if a conflict with Eritrea would continue, which incentivized and resulted in a reconciliation between the Ethiopian government and Eritrea in 2018. 3. China advances BRI, GSI, GDI and GCI together with expanded BRICS

As long as peaceful environment in the world is maintained, growth of China's economy will continue, which is expected to double its size by 2030 and triple by 2050.

What is remarkable about China's economic growth and expansion of economic cooperation with countries all over the world is that China has never shot even a single bullet in the process. China has achieved economic cooperation with countries all over the word through a win-win cooperation as equal partners.

So, China has been demonstrating toward the world a very precious model that a win-win cooperation as equal partners can create the most stable, lasting and robust economic cooperation and that peaceful environment is the best for economic development.

Under such a noble understanding, China is currently pushing forward four important initiatives, i.e., BRI (Belt and Road Initiative), GSI (Global Security Initiative), GDI (Global Development Initiative) and GCI (Global Civilization Initiative).

These four initiatives have synergistic effects each other. Through GSI, China produces peaceful environment. Through BRI and GDI, China advances economic development under peaceful environment. And, through GCI, China facilitates mutual understanding between different civilizations, which leads to the prosperous shared future of the mankind. [2]

China is now advancing BRI, GSI, GDI and GCI together with very important partners, i.e., BRICS. BRICS has expanded recently and welcomed new members, which are notably Saudi Arabia (a prospective member), Iran, UAE, Ethiopia and Egypt. Please note that the new members include Saudi Arabia (a prospective member), Iran and Ethiopia, each of which China helped to achieve peaceful reconciliation.

[Expanded BRICS summit by Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Saudi Arabia (a prospective member), Iran, UAE, Ethiopia and Egypt in Kazan, Russia in October 2024]

China is expected to apply her BRI, GSI, GDI and GCI all over the world through expanded BRICS. In the Middle East, China, Saudi Arabia, Iran and UAE will advance peace, prosperity and mutual understanding among states. In Africa, China, South Africa and Ethiopia will advance peace, prosperity and mutual understanding among states. In South America, China and Brazil will advance peace, prosperity and mutual understanding among states. Russia and India of course will cooperate.

As I said, peace is what the US military industrial complex most hates. But, at the same time, peace is the most effective "pesticide" that will exterminate the US military industrial complex.

The world nations should cooperate and unite with China in her BRI, GSI, GDI and GCI so that the warmonger US military industrial complex will decline and perish and that peaceful development of the world nations and the prosperous shared future of the mankind will be achieved.

Thank you.
