The US is the champion of capitalism, which means that the US makes the most of science and technologies for the purpose of the maximization of rich people's fortune, especially the military industrial complex.

In contrast, China is a country of "People First" and "Common Prosperity". China makes the most of science and technologies for the purpose of the maximization of people's happiness.

Currently, world computer scientists are vigorously engaged in research and development of quantum computing. Quantum computing uses quantum instead of electron for computing, as a result of which quantum computing would achieve hundreds of millions times faster computing speed than so-called super computers.

Quantum computing can decode the most complicated secret codes within only scores of seconds, which conventional electron computing would take 300 trillion years. [1]

So, what would happen if quantum computing is achieved and combined with AI? For example, quantum computing combined with AI would become the ultimate power to hack and penetrate into other countries' computer systems because it can crack and decode any secret codes within scores of seconds.

Quantum computing combined with AI would be able to hack and penetrate into any computer systems including political, business and military systems.

Presently, China, Europe, UK, and Russia are leading the race for development of quantum computing while the US lags behind.

Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed the "strategic value" of quantum technology in a 2020 speech to top Chinese leaders. [2]

Under Xi, China has set clear targets to dominate quantum science. It is spending more than any other country on quantum research. In an June 2023 report, McKinsey & Company estimated that Beijing had a cumulative $15.3 billion in funding for quantum research, more than 8 times of the US's $1.9 billion. [3][4]

Now, what could happen if China achieves quantum computing combined with AI faster than any other country?

As soon as China achieves quantum computing combined with AI, China, if she likes, could hack and penetrate into other countries' major computers used for research & development of quantum computing and erase all the data there. That would enables China to be the only country that has the enormous power of quantum computing combined with AI.

Then, China could hack and penetrate into the US's military systems and make all the US military systems inoperative. For the purpose of proving that China has accomplished it, she can make some demonstrations.

For example, China can detonate one of nuclear missiles in silos buried in South Dakota, which would proves China can detonate any nuclear missiles of the US.

Also, China can make a dozen of US nuclear submarines hit mountains under the sea, proving US nuclear submarines are useless.

China can make dozens of F-35 crash, proving US military aircraft are useless.

Thereafter, China could rule the world for the benefits of the mankind. China would make the world peaceful and prosperous, applying Socialism with Chinese Characteristics to other countries to spread and effectuate "People First" and "Common Prosperity" if other countries like it.

Asia, Africa, and South American countries would welcome it while the US, Europe and Japan might not. China wouldn't care how the US, Europe and Japan would do because, once disarmed, they would be harmless.

Guaranteed basic necessity to live, people of the world would concentrate upon how to contribute to the mankind, making the most of his or her ability, instead of seeking for only his or her own interest at the sacrifice of the others.

This is what US and the Western computer scientists are warning as the "Ruin" of the mankind. But, actually what would be ruined is the greedy and inhuman capitalism, and that is good for the mankind.

On the other hand, if the US achieves quantum computing combined with AI faster than China, the US would make China's military systems useless and enslave 1.4 billion Chinese people to satisfy the greed of US capitalists.

Thank you.
