The US and EU are expanding and enlarging NATO in an attempt to contain and attack Sino-Russian alliance militarily.
In contrast to NATO expansion, China can launch a peace offensive, advocating that, instead of military block confrontation, buffer zones should be made in Europe and Asia to establish lasting peace and stability.

As to Asia, China can invite Yasuo Fukuda, former prime minister of Japan, and Mahathir Mohamad, former prime minister of Malaysia, to Beijing and hold a symposium to discuss the possibility of Japan becoming a neutral state and the possibility of unification of North and South Korea to be a neutral state so that Japan and Korean Peninsula would be a buffer zone between China and the US.
Such a buffer zone will create a sufficient space between China and the US to maintain peace, preventing military conflicts and a nuclear war. China can make a momentum for peace.
In globalized economy, a military conflict in a region disrupts security and economy of the world as is evinced by Ukraine war.
