Euro zone struck a deal to reduce Greece's debt by 50 % on October 27th.
Euro zone also agreed to increase the crisis fund to 1 trillion euros.

Greece plans to advance a 20 billion-euro ($27 billion) solar power project to boost the economy and produce employment. If the plan is realized, Greece will not only overcome her economic crisis but present a model of the economic growth based upon renewable energies.
On the other hand, it is reported that China may help EU to increase the crisis fund. If Chinese less expensive solar panels are to be used for the Greek solar project, Greece will be able to repay her debts more efficiently.

１０月２７日、EUで、ギリシャ危機を克服する合意が成立しました。経済危機に苦しむギリシャの債務を５０％削減することが合意されました。
また、EUは、域内の債務危機国に対する緊急支援資金を１兆ユーロに拡大することも合意しました。
ギリシャ政府は、予算総額２００億ユーロ（２兆２２００億円）の太陽光発電プロジェクトを実施して、ドイツへ電気を売却、経済危機を克服し、６万人分の雇用を創出することを計画しています。
もし、計画が実現すれば、ギリシャは、経済危機の克服にとどまらず、再生エネルギーに基づく経済成長と雇用創出のモデルとなることが期待されます。
ちなみに、EUが域内緊急支援資金を１兆ユーロに拡充するにあたり、中国が資金を提供することを検討しています。
ギリシャの太陽光発電プロジェクトで、中国製の太陽電池パネルが使用されるかどうかは未定ですが、もしそうなれば、ギリシャは、低価格の太陽電池パネルを使うことで、債務返済をより効率的に行なうことが出来るようになります。
