According to news articles, PanaHome Corporation is to provide houses equipped with solar panels at special low prices so as to support reconstruction of the earthquake-devastated areas.
The central government is not providing sufficient and swift support to reconstruction. Therefore, private businesses are expected to take an initiative to provide products supporting reconstruction so that systems for distributed electricity generation such as solar panels and storage batteries will be installed efficiently.

報道によると、４月２６日、パナホーム株式会社が、東日本大震災により被災した地域の復興を支援するため、「復興支援商品」として、宮城県・福島県など被災地域限定で、太陽光発電システムを搭載した住宅を「特別価格」で販売すると発表したそうです。
太陽光発電システムが標準装備されていながら、プランや仕様を限定することで価格を抑え、大型パネル構造を採用することで施工期間も短縮されるそうです。
中央政府による復興支援が必ずしも十分とはいえない現状の下、当面、東日本の復興にあたっては、ビジネスが主導し、被災地支援のため様々な「復興支援商品」を投入することで、太陽光発電システムや蓄電システムなど、分散型発電システムの普及を進めて行くことが期待されます。
