My last ramen moments in a while in Tokyo😋!!! Tonkotsu white soup is the best!! Ton means pork and kotsu means bones, so it’s creamy thick pork bone stock! I know it does not sound too appetizing but it’s awesome especially when mixed with red ginger! #ramen #tonkotsu #tokyo #japanesecomfortfood #comfortfood
