Paper a ballon with flower papers freely. 3 layers are needed to have on the balloon at least.
After completed, leave them to dry for 2 days.
After they dried completely, pierse the ballon with a toothstick and take it out.
Cut the bottom of the ballon so it can stand firmly. Put it on the small LED flashlight.
