For today's movie, I chose "The house with a clock in its walls" (ルイスと不思議の時計).
We knew this movie because we have seen its commercial many times.
This movie is for kids. I thought it is a fantacy adventure movie so my kids would like it!
But it was fantacy adventure movie but also a dark horror movie.
The main charactor is 10 years old boy. After his parents died by car crash, he moved to live with his uncle. At the first night after moved, he hears the ticking sound and explore the house and experiences something mysterious and strange. Then he knows that his uncle is a warlock and a woman living next to his house is a witch. Also they said, previous owner was their good friend but turned into a sinister warlock and buried a clock in the wall in this house that has a power to end the world. Lewis and his new classmate who is not good friend brought the sinister warlock back to life.
In the end, they work hard as a team against a bad warlock then defeated and save the world.
