赤外線LEDと、赤外線フォトトランジスタのパッケージで、反射して戻ってくる赤外線をキャッチして、近くに障害物があるかどうかを検知するモジュールらしいです。
こんなところに、使い方？の説明があります。
ロボットの底面に設置して、床面検知に使えないかな？とか、障害物検知の補助的な使い道がないかな？とか、考えています。
まずは、センシングしてくれる内容をチェックして、「EZ5」への搭載を検討してみたいと思います。
