The stake that sticks out will get hammered down

Following my principles, I dare to be the stake that sticks out. As long as I continue to be silence or defensive against persons of higher position than me, nothing would be changed and that will result in the typical flow of present time where the upper people control and direct the lower people with accepting no claim and resistance of them. That's not fair at all, isn't that? "no pain, no gain" could just encourage my principles, in that I would almostly be scolded, disliked, blamed, critisized whatever and whenever I raise a hand against a person with high position, which could be a very precious experience for me although I might feel unconfortable at that time. "Silence is gold" is also against my principles. Finally, this is just only my principles and nothing to do with you at all. However, you must be the stake that stick s out if you wish to change something, overturn accepted ideas.
