フランス語で、「海」はmerです。 母は mère 同じ発想ではないでしょうか。

A galaxy that is one of the billions of island universes.
One of the 250 billion stars that make up it, the Sun, the tiny rocks and metal lumps that orbit around it, is the Earth.
On that earth we end our lives. And the children will have a lifetime again.
The sea is beautiful. The sky is also beautiful. Nature is our mother.
The Chinese character "mother" is in the Chinese character "sea".
In French, "sea" is mer. Isn't my mother the same idea as mère?
