There are bad people in the common world, but you try to avoid such people as much as possible.
When you must see bad people at work, I recommend that you should concentrate on your work to finish your work early and accurately and please don’t care them.
If you and other who is a strange person rival each other in order to insist on your own ideas, both you and other will be tired.
It’s important that you always care if your heart is arrogance, and if you have been devoting yourself to work in all sincerity.
Because you deal with strange part of heart of a strange person, you will be getting tired.
If you have been devoting yourself to work, you don’t need to care about people at work who have character flaw.
In short, because you haven’t been able to devote yourself to work, it makes you care about people at work who have character flaw.
Place where you work is not place where you associate with heart of other.
The reason why you must do your best at work is to get your paycheck.
