Sorry for updating late because there were a lot of information about the explosion of the nuclear power station. But I couldn't make a decision which is correct.
But I thought important and decided that I have to spend the information which was given by Japanese government. So I'll continue writing the information from Japanese government about the earthquake.
- TEPCO found a crack in the facility of the Fukushima 1st nuclear power station.
- Contaminated water have been flowing out from the crack, but TEPCO and the Japanese government haven't been able to stop it.
- They decided that they put water glass into the facility and make it hard in parallel with giving off the contaminated water to the sea.
- They will give off the contaminated water about 11,500t and it'll make the radioactive concentration of the sea to about 1000times of the limit number which was decided by Japanese gov
ernment.

- But Japanese government said that it is safe for our health if we eat some fish or shellfishes in the water.

- There are some progress in the situatuon of the nuclear power station.
- TEPCO could transmit electricity to the reactor 3, and they could connect ransmission line to the Other reactors(1-6).
- So They'll be able to transmit electricity to all reactor and they'll be control the temperature(fall).
- In Fukushima, Gumma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, We found radioactivity in some vegetables and milks.
- So the government said that they'll control the distribution of the vegetables and milks from their prefectures.

I think you are so scary but it is difficult to get some real informations about this earthquake.
Because most of all information were given only in Japanese and some broadcast of your country encourage the risk of the explosion of the nuclear power station.
So I want to provide you some real information about this earthquake in English.
I'll update this page when I get more information from Japanese TV, radio and so on.
And I heard that your family are warring about your situation.
Because in a lot of country, some media encourage the risk of the explosion of the nuclear power station. The Japanese Prime Minister and the Chief Cabinet Secretary said that we are safe without Fukushima pref.
It is possible to be exposed to radiation in the area expanded to 30km radius from the nuclear power station in Fukushima.(e.g. Tokyo is over 200km far from Fukushima.)
# I heard that the effect of the explosion of the Nuclear Bomb in Hiroshima was about 20km radius from the focus. So I think Tokyo and Kanto area is safe.

- The Japanese Government said that the percentage of occurring big earthquake until Mar.17 is 40% (Yesterday they said the percentage is 70%. so it become better!!)

- There was a 2nd explosion of the nuclear power station in Fukushima at 11:10am in Mar.14th
- The Japanese Government said that it is not effect to be exposed to radiation.
- Japanese broadcast said that over 3,300 people were died or lost.
- But we can't get real number because it is difficult to go Tohoku erea and look for them.
- The Japanese Government said that it is possible to come tsunami again.
- TEPCO want to restrict the provides of electricity. Because of this, it is difficult to use trains in Tokyo. (Some trains are stopping now)
- But they don't restrict providing of electricity.

The earthquake's magnitude was 9.0. (It was spoken by Japanese gov. on Mar. 13th)
In this earthquake, there were some big Tsunami.
Because of this effect, a lot of people were killed and have been lost in Tohoku area.

But the Self‐Defense Forces and police have been going to Tohoku to rescue and some foreign rescue have been coming to Tohoku to rescue.

There was a big earthquake in Mar. 11th. Then all trains were stopped and it was difficult to go back home or move other areas. But now all traffic become usually.

今日は誕生日。あっという間に1年が過ぎていきます。
1年1年、着実に歳を取っていく。その事に幸せを覚えます。
僕は37年前、群馬県伊勢崎市で双子（一卵性双生児）の弟としてこの世に生を受けました。
帝王切開での分娩、しかも難産とのことで、母子共に健康でいられるかも危ぶまれていたそうです。
でも、無事産まれることが出来、今に至ります。
子供の頃は、自分たちが双子で周りとは違うと言うことにあまり気づいてなかったと思います。
また、親戚の人たちなどは2人の区別がつかないため、「ひろちゃん、まーちゃん」などと2人の名前を一緒に呼んだりしていました。でも、社会に接するにつれ自分たちが双子と言う周りと少しだけ違う存在なんだと言うことを意識するようになりました。
そんな双子は、その間色々ありましたが、高校を卒業し、大学、大学院に進み、それぞれが就職。
そして、卒業後自分はインターネットサービスの道へ、兄貴は卒業後就職した会社を辞め再び研究の道へ。進む道は違えど、お互い自分で選んだ道を一所懸命に進んでいました。
でも、その6年後その日は突然やってきました。
早朝の交通事故。そして兄貴は帰らぬ人になりました。
あの日の実家の光景は、今でも鮮明に脳裏に焼きついています。そして、あの時ほど自分が双子であることを意識したことはなかったと思います。双子の片割れが、目の前に動くことのない状態で横たわっている。
直視することが出来ず、最後まで兄貴に触れてあげることが出来ませんでした。
でも、あれから7年が経ちました。あっという間の7年。この7年、もちろん兄貴のことは忘れることはありません。
でも、考えることは少なくなりました。もっと他に考えることがたくさん出来ました。
今は、自分はインターネットを使って世の中の人々ハッピーにしたい。
もっともっとインターネットの良さを伝えることが出来るサービスを提供したい。
そのことをほぼ毎日考えています。
あの時、そしてあの辛さを乗り越えることがなかったら、今の自分はない。
あの時以上に辛いことは、もう起こらない。
そんな自信が自分を後押ししてくれています。
1人で向かえる7回目の誕生日。この回数はもっともっと増えていきます。
でも、その数が増えることに不安はありません。
7年前のあの日、あの場所で自分は、
「兄貴の魂を自分に宿して頑張って生きていく」と誓いました。
でも、今自分は兄貴の分までと言う気持ちはありません。
あくまで、自分のテリトリーを広げ、更に活躍できるフィールドを広げていきたい。
そして、自分がそのテリトリーを広げることで、様々な人々を巻き込んでハッピーになっていければと思っています。
そして、自分が命果てた時、向こうで兄貴に、
「この○年めちゃくちゃ楽しかった。こんなことが出来たんだ！凄いだろう！うらやましいだろう！」
って自慢できるような人生を歩んでいきたいと思っています。
