My friends from the course seems impassionate since the beginning of this year. I suppose that is because of the Egyptian language classes, which I prefer to archaeological classes.
I'm really crazy... about Egyptian languages. Still thinking, but my dissertation topic will be related to the language. I wonder why I do love them... not pyramids nor excavation.
This is not bad at all. I am the prominent student in language classes, I know it. But my writing is still so poor...that I cannot get a good mark in other modules, such as Egyptian history and archaeological methods.
Actually, I had almost failed in the exam... Our professor, and also my ex-tutor, Chris Eyre said to me something like "a student generally struggle with language classes... this is a rare case."
I'm not sure that can be improved. At least, it hasn't been yet.
I wanna be a scholar. Not a worker.
I wanna be a linguist. Not a translator.
I wanna be a professor. Not a mere researcher.
Lots to do for now... and lots more later...
Getting fed up with essays... I do wanna study the Egyptian grammar...
