ショックなことが自動的に浮かんできちゃう?
それもけっこう辛いね。
But what about the future? Thinking about the future can disturb you as well. Do you have exciting plans for tomorrow?
Fun excursion or a big presentation?
If so, no wonder you can’t sleep. Everyone knows that’s natural.
Or, are you thinking about the unknowable future?
Is it related to your family, your work or perhaps a health issue?
Then again, are you focused on a regret from long ago?
Something that happened to you in the past?
Or something you did yourself?
Are you suffering from intrusive thoughts? – sudden images or thoughts that seem to pop into your head. They tend to be unwanted and unpleasant and you can’t control them.
I can also understand that they might be hard to ignore.
