2. I'd like to exercise properly and regularly.

 

    Proper and regular exercise is also a very, very important goal for my health.

So then, what is proper exercise? And how often is the best frequency for my exercise? Why Do I want to do my exercise in the first place?

 

   In order to avoid physical frailty, from my professional point of view, I recommend two things to myself. One is increasing the grip strength. And the other is training of lower limb muscles. Since last year I started to train the grip power with 10 Kg hand squeezers. For developing legs muscles I walk. The way that Japanese diabetologists recommend is to walk 150 minutes a week. During the new years holidays I walked 40 minutes a day with my son and dauter every day. I will keep this pace!!
