3. I'd like to live healthier!!!

 

   Both of physical and mental health are essential. Speaking to nutrition, balanced diet , low sodium and low caffein are important. In addition, I'd like to be an occasinal drinker. because I have to take care of elderly people in my house, for just in case, I have to standby all the time. I think either me or my husband should be sober at all times because it is very difficult to catch a taxi these days. 

 

   How obout my mental health? Most important of all is of course good sleep. I think it is the best. The key is how to keep my good sleep as I always talk about sleep hygiene in many lectures!!!
