澄み切った青空の元、お散歩してきました。

足がじんじんするぐらい、歩いてしまいました。

でも手の指の先までホカホカと暖かくなり、血液循環って素晴らしい!!と思いました。

手の先まで血の巡りがよくなっているということは、脳の血管にも届いているのかな?

頑張れ!毛細血管たち!という気持ちになりました。

 

さて、続きです。

 

Furthermore, emotional labor is divided into two components: surface acting and deep acting. Quoted from Wikippedia, surface acting occurs when employees display the emotions required for a job without changing how they actually feel. Deep acting is an effortful process through which employees change their internal feelings to align with organizational expectations, producing more natural and genuine displays.

 

The objective of both seems similar, however, many researchers have shown that surface acting is more harmful to employees' mental health, and the surface acting is easy to be detected. On the other hand, researchers also said that deep acting with a consideration of ethical value gives employees a guide how to regulate their feelings. This is more desirable. From my opinion, I'm afraid that deep acting is literally deep and it must be more difficult for employees to realize that deep acting makes them exhausted.
