By the way, what is the difference between a worker and a volunteer?

In my opinion, to be a volunteer means to do something willingly. There is no compulsion. It contributes to their happiness, however simple or stupid activity is. Work, on the other hand, is different. Workers have to commit to do something even unwillingly if necessary. There are so many kinds of people who we have to work with, in addition, there are no 100% good people or bad people, and everybody oscillates between the two. That's the problem!! People can easily and quickly change their attitude, but we are professional medical and healthcare workers and we must deal with many circumstances. Therefore, we have to prevent "burnout" during the care of our patients, not ignoring our feelings with our emotional labor.
