今日は暑かったですね。

そんな中、とうとう重い腰をあげて、お庭の整備をしました。

雑草に負けっぱなしで、「この家は本当に人が住んでいるのか?」

と疑われるほどの庭の荒れよう・・・

これは、もう、何とかしなきゃ!と頑張りました。

雑草抜きすぎて、手にまめができました!!

 

このところ、適切な食事とは?と考えています。それでは・・・。

Third, these days, many, many kinds of information about "the best diet" are overfowing around the world with SNS. Vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, on the other hand meat-eater. Superfood diet, apple diet, low carbo diet, or "You can eat whatever you like" diet. The extreme methods look exiting and attractive. We can see so many good or bad diet mixed up together in the internet and it must be very difficult for us to choose.
