今日はいい日でした。

 

診療の中でも、小さないいことがいろいろとありました。

そんな小さな良いことを自分でキャッチするためには、

自分自身の体調を整えて、自分が疲労していない状況で診療にあたることが大事に思えます。

 

どんなお仕事でも同じだと思いますが、集中して仕事にあたるのは、

努力が必要と思います。 ねっ!!

The most important thing is that you can be calm and objective by using your magic words when you have lost your way and wandering in your brain. When you notice and find yourself thinking about a subject that worries again, you can use the magic words depending on the time. Usually it doesn't end in one time, because the subject might be stuck in your head. You have to do it several times, but it is a good opportunity to train your technique in order to cut the nonsense or useless thoughts. You can gradually get the technique and use it all the time.

 

However, if the thing you are worried is a subject that you should not run away from and you must consider it carefully, you should analyze and estimate the problem in the day time as much as possible when your brain is clear and healthy, not at night  and especially not in bed, because it might disturb your sleep.
