昨日の真夜中に「認知症家族会のうた」を思いついてしまい、

すっかり眠れなくなり大変でした。

やっぱり、眠ろうと思うほどに、

人間って眠れないですよね。

 

それでは前回の続きです。

 

4    Try to occasionally use your non-dominant hand when you brush your teeth or open doors.

      This engages other parts of your brain which are usually not used in daily life.

 

5    Take different routes when you go for a walk. You might across somebody or something    new by chance.

      Wouldn't that be exciting?

 

6    Try to remember what you ate dinner yesterday. Can you recall it quickly?

 

7    Start something new in your life. For example, take up painting, calligraphy, jumping rope,    learning a foreign language, etc. Anything will do. Learning a foreign languages is    especially effective because it will motivate you to use your memory.
