こんにちは。
私たちはこの地域で、若年性認知症の当事者さん・ご家族・そしてその方たちを支えるスタッフの方々に向けて、
パンフレットを作ろうと思っています。
その他、まだ認知症にはかかわってないけど、という市民の方にも
手に取ってほしいパンフレットです。
そのパンフレット自体は日本語で書かれていますが、ゆくゆくは英語やその他の言語でも見られるようにしたいです。
