今日はすごく体を動かしました。
なんと、坂道ダッッシュ！！
もちろん下から上へ駆けあがりました。
息子に指南されて、やってみましたが、自分のイメージする自分の颯爽と走っている姿とは、はるかかけ離れていて・・・
ショックでした。
それでもいい汗かきました。 楽しかったです。
さて続きです。
Please come back in two weeks. If you have any trouble with your medications, please call me during our clinic hours. If I am seeing another patient at the time you call me, I can't talk with you, but I'll call you back right away when I'm done, so please give us a telephone number where I can reach you easily. Since there is only one telephone in this clinic, we can't talk for a long time though. Anyway, please don't hesitate to ask me, if you have a question.
