May I speak with Mr. Vector, please? Is this a convenient time to talk?
The earliest available appointment for your first visit is Thursday June 5th at 12 o'clock. Is that OK for you?
The examination will take about one hour. You might have to wait a bit, if we are crowded that day.
Do you have a health insurance card? If not, you will have to pay the full fee in cash.
