今日は患者さんの数はいつもとさほど変わりなかったのですが、
一人の患者さんが20分話すと、次の患者さんも20分（かなり微妙な時間ということはわかる方には分かっていただけるはず！！）話すという・・・
まさに連鎖反応・・・Domino effect・・・が起こり、それでも頑張りました。
患者さんにとっては、大切な診療時間なのですから、過不足なく！と思います。
さて、英検のwritingです。

DISAGREE
Authough many people dream of moving to the coutryside and look forward to growing vegetables after retirement, living in rural areas is often harder than they expect. I don't think it is beneficial to move from ruban cities to rural areas after retirement. There are two crucial problems for elderly people if they live in the countryside.
First, living in the countryside is no t convenient. The public transportation network is poor , so people must use their own cars to go to hospitals or shopping. This is very difficult especially for elderly peopel after giving up their driver's license.
Second, societies in rural areas are often more closed than in urban cities. It is a lot of work to be assimilated into regional society. Most newcomers are isolated and may lose opportunities social interaction.
Therefore, I don't think it is beneficial to move from urban cities to rural areas after retirement.

性格なんかもいい方から見るのと悪い方から見るのと同じものでも見方によって違って見えますね。(例えば「意志が強い」と「頑固で頭が固い」とか「細かい気配りができる」と「すごく神経質」とか）
