夜、ゆっくり湯ぶねにつかり、気持ちよく立ち上がり出ようと思った瞬間！ぐきっ！と魔女の一撃くらいました。
そろりそろりとしか動けず、次の日の外来、けっこう頑張りました。
普段痛み止めなんてめったに使わないのですが、
痛み止めのお薬の効果をとてもとてもありがたいと思った次第です。

Although life/work integration is in the spotlight these days. I don't think that the number of people who choose to work remotely will increase in the coming decade.
First, most people want to work at a convenient time at home, however, in reality there are many unpredictable distructions such as child care, housework and even the temptation to eat delicious food. Time management can be difficult. Separating one's work place from home will usually increase one's productivity.
Second, communication is another big problem. If people are working in an office together, it is very easy to have discussions among coworkers immediately with face to face communication. On the other hand, if each worker is working at home, it might take long time to communicate through e-mail or telephone.
For these reasons, I disagree with the idea that the number of people who choose to work remotely will increase in the near future.
そして今日は94歳で一人で暮らしている叔母のところでお昼ご飯を一緒に食べてきました。
年を取るというのは、未知なる世界へ足を踏み入れることで、大変なことも多いかもしれませんね。
私もちゃんと養生しなければ、と思いました。
