In fact, it is just like an order-made thing, and there are no single manuals.

It means that what will be good depends on the individual, and we should find our own way independently to get self-esteem. Here I can describe some examples.

 

Don't torment yourself. (You should never wound your body, like wrist cutting, giving yourself poison, like illegal drugs, too much alcohol or excessive food.) and don't speak ill of yorself.

 

Affirm yourself. Please accept yourself as you are.

 

Don't compare yourself with others. You are you and nothing else, etc.

 

To get the technique is thought to be similar to how to ride a bicycle or how to do a back hip circle.

Remember your childhood days. You must have been training every day to learn new skills. Some steady effort is needed to do it. Similarly, it might be difficult to learn the way to get self-esteem, however, once you get to do this, you can do this forever, even if there is an interruption for a while.

 

Please try to like yourself and praise yourself.
