医者になってもう30年以上！（こういうとかなりおばあさん感が・・・）
となりました。ご意見番みたいな位置にいることも多く、自分でもドギマギしてしまいます。
それでも、襟を正し、常にアップデートしていられるように頑張りたいと思っています。
When I became a doctor more than 30 years ago, ordinary people were scared of major tranquilizer, because such kind of drugs were thought to destory the patient's brains and humanity. But now it is not true. Everybody knows. For schizophrenia and some bipolar disorders , the patients need major tranquilizers. The drugs are needed for treatment of diseases, and it's nothing to do with their characters.
It is slightly similar to the rumor of hallucinogens. Some hallucinogen drugs may have many possibilities to treat some psychiatric diseases.
At present the drugs can't be used clinically. More laboratory studies needed. The effects of these drugs may vary from person to person and depend on many things including the amount taken, height and weight of patients, health condition, experience, personality, mood and other many surroundings.
Do the hallucinogens really save psychiatric illness?
It is diffcult to accept new methods immediately, but if certain evidence that they cure some diseases piles up, I will try to learn how to use them. As I seem to be highly suspicious, I must always be calm with open mind and I want to encourage psychiatric patients through the best way.
