息は吐くべし、ですよ~!!
Have you ever seen a wild cat who met a dog being walked on a leash and the cat ruffled its fur?
This attitude of the cat is just evidence that its sympathetic nerve system was working.
Probably the cat breathed deeply, had palpitations, its heart beat faster, its palms sweated so as not to slip during a fight, its pupils dilated, and its peripheral blood vessels contracted so as not to bleed easily during the fight. All are reactions caused by the sympathetic nerve system to prepare for fighting. It's instinctual.
The autonomic nervous system is the part of the nervous system that controls and regulates the internal organs without conscious input.
The autonomic nervous system is comprised of two antagonistic sets of nerves, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve systems.
These two systems are antagonistic but cooperate together in order to regulate animal body functions.
The sympathetic nerve system is effective for fighting, on the other hand the parasympathetic nerve system is needed for relaxation. The sympathetic nerve system can be compared to a car accelerator, and the parasympathetic nerve system can be compared to a car brake.
