4⃣ In order to get better, you should try to find a place ( and time) where you can reliably relax. Especially for most housewives, going to a hospital to take a rest is also recommended, because they might worry about the many things to do at home.
If you can feel at ease at home, you can take a rest there. If you decide to be an outpatients and stay at home with your family, please don't force yourself to anything you don't want to do, just because your family wants to make you join recreation, etc.
Of course if you want to participate , you can.
Medication is also important, because the symptoms of depression are linked to functional issues trouble such as involving neurotransmitters like serotonin. It will probably take 3 to 4 weeks for the effects of the antidepressant to be felt.
Only one tablets will not be able to make you feel better, but in 3 or 4 weeks you should start to feel better, if the drugs are suitable for you. If not, we will try a different medication or dosage.
