It must be hard if you can't find an exit from the endless loop.
Within psychiatry, we have an effective method to solve this type of problem.
This is often described by the phrase "counting carp in a pond."
Carp in a pond swim freely, so they seldem give us a chance to count them.
Nevertheless, if you had to count them, what would you do?
