昨日から名古屋でした。
20年ぶりに中学生の時の同級生と会い、ものすごくいい時間を過ごせました。
認知症の療法に回想法というのがありますが、まさに!昔のことをお互いに思い出したりして・・・
脳が活性化した気がします。
幼なじみは宝物!なのです。
そして今日は神経病理学会に参加し、かなり勉強してきましたよ。
さて、良い休息をという話題の続きです。
I'd like to explain the way to take good rest, so you can learn how to take care of yourself.
In fact, there are two types of rest.
One is passive rest, and the other is active rest.
Passive rest means that you lie down on a bed and relax. This type of rest is very important for treatment of all physical and mental diseases. To make your body horizontal helps your pressure and stress on your heart reduse.
(Your heart feels easy because it doesn't to pomp blood against gravity to your whole body.)
Also, your internal organ blood flow may be increased.
You can relax standing muscles, too.
Please imagine that you have been laid down and entrust your body to the comfortable ground. To lie awake is OK.
You don't have to fall asleep.
Just relax and take rest on your bed. This is the first step of good rest.
