It is okey to sleep for a short time at the daytime, within one hour, from 1 to 3 o'clock.
You might be anxious that if you sleep in the day time, you would not be able to fall asleep at night.
However, you don't have to worry about that.
Taking a nap for a short time doesn't disturb your sleep at night. In fact, it helps to avoid the risk for dementia.
