spit it out.
spitは「唾を吐く」「怒った様子で何かを言う」という意味の他動詞で、outは「外に」と言う意味の副詞です。句動詞のspit outは「怒った様子で外に向かって何かを言う」と言う意味で、命令文の形のspit it outは「躊躇しないで吐き出してしまえ」という意味になります。
I’ve got a life.
I've got a lifeは直訳すると「私には生活がある」となりますが、「個人の活動を尊重してほしい」という意味で使われます。何かを頼まれた際に、自分には他の用事がある場合にI’ve got a life.と言います。
Neither do I.
会話の相手が一般動詞の否定形の文章を言った際、その内容が自分にも当て嵌まる場合にNeither do I.と言って返します。

本来、welcome to the neighborhoodは、引っ越してきた人に使う言葉ですが、ここでは、顔なじみでない客に対して、冗談っぽく、この表現を使っています。
trendy locusts.
trendyは「流行を追う」と言う意味の形容詞で、locustは「いなご」という意味です。色々と注文を付けて来る客のことを冗談っぽく、trendy locustと風刺的に表現しています。
judgmental.
judgmentalは「物事を善悪だけで判断する」という意味です。客に呼ばれた際には、2人とも、うるさい客が来たと思ったのですが、逆にMaxは褒められました。この場面ではMaxがCarolineをたしなめる役に回っています。
they.
この文章の中で使われているtheyはthe cupcakesのことを指しています。Carolineは初めから自分の作るカップケーキに自信があったのですが、Maxは最初の頃は売れるのかどうか懐疑的でした。Carolineは、自分以外の誰かがカップケーキの良さを認めれば、Maxも徐々にカップケーキの良さがわかるでしょう、と言っているのです。
