Not only in companies, but also in government offices and schools, an increasing number of young people are resigning on the day they join the company or on their first day of work....

If the person himself  properly announces his resignation, it may be enough, but there are some young people who quit without telling anyone.
There are even some who have disappeared and cannot be contacted.

If it were a real black company, it would be better to quit as soon as possible.
But how do you explain that on the first day...?
No matter how different his image of the workplace is from the actual workplace, isn't the first day a little too soon?

The Showa era's "Can't you work 24 hours a day?" is still historically unique.
The world where power harassment and sexual harassment are a daily occurrence and girls are expected to serve tea is doomed to disappear as a relic of the past.

And now, with the economy rising and falling at such a rapid pace, even if you are determined to stay with your company or die with it, it may no longer exist by the time you realize it.

But why leave the company on the first day?
You know the old saying, "Three years on a stone."
Not three months, not three days.
...I still can't help but think that they have lost their tolerance and have become weak.

Now, we are not asked to "be patient" by our parents or seniors anymore.
We are no longer taught or told how important it is to be patient.
And the counselors always say, "It's okay not to be patient.

The counselor listens intently to what the afflicted person says.
They say that this receptive attitude builds a relationship of trust with the person.
They are usually receptive all the way to the end and never scold the person.

It is not only counselors.
Nowadays, my parents, relatives, and colleagues have all become much kinder.
Perhaps it is not so much that they have become kinder, but rather that they are not so closely involved with us anymore.
They are more understanding, or perhaps I should say, they rarely give or receive my opinions anymore.

In this world, a slight scolding of a subordinate can be accused of power harassment.
At school, a teacher is even punished for shouting.
A boss inviting a subordinate out for a drink is now considered "alcohol harassment.
If you don't like the other person's body odor or bad breath...there is even " Smell Harassment"! (@_@)!

It's not the first day, but no one scolds you for quitting the company right away.
This is no longer at all surprising in Japan.
It coincides with the fact that it is no longer a mystery that Japan's economic power is sure to decline and deteriorate rapidly.
