高校で、生徒が授業中に先生に何度も蹴りを入れる事件がニュースになっていますね。
今日、外国人から、このニュースについてどう思う？と聞かれました。
とりあえず自分が話した内容は、
The student who kicked the teacher should be blamed, but the other students should be also criticized cuz they didn't even try to stop it.
って感じでした。
もうちょっと語彙を色々盛り込むとすれば、
All the students are at fault.
The others are to blame.
But in reality it's not easy to block the violence for the others during the abuse cuz then he might be bullied.
There seems to be no special direct approach to solve the problem immediately.
The common sense that teachers are to be respected must be increased again.
とかですかね。
be at faultとかbe to blameとかを使えば良かったと思いました。
